The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of personality type with interpersonal communication daughter against mother-in-law. The research sample that is 106 people in the village Pandanlandung daughter Malang. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Methods of data collection using the Likert method for interpersonal communication daughter against mother-in-law and the big five personality types, details the scale of interpersonal communication daughter against mother-in-law 60 aitem and big five personality types 44 aitem. The results of the data analysis using Pearson\u27s product moment correlation showed that extraversion count r = 0.320 and r = 0.256 in table 1% significance level at which a count r 0.320> 0.256 r table means the hypothesis is accepted. count r = 0.260 and r agreeableness table = 0.256 at a significance level of 1% which, if r count 0.260> 0.256 r table means the hypothesis is accepted. count r = 0.085 and r conscientiousness table = 0.195 at a significance level of 5% which if counted 0.085 r <0.195 r table means the hypothesis is rejected. count r = -0.043 and r neuroticism table = 0.195 at a significance level of 5% -0.043 count where if r <r 0.195 table means the hypothesis is rejected. r count openness to new experience = 0.210 and r = 0.195 in table 5% significance level at which a count r 0.210> 0.195 r table means the hypothesis is accepted

This research aims to explore the factors that cause disturbances in conservation areas and determine strategies for dealing with disturbances in Conservation Areas on Mantehage Island, Bunaken National Park, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The factors causing the disturbance were obtained through observation, questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis is used to formulate a strategy for overcoming disturbances based on the factors that cause disturbances that have been identified. It was found that the factors causing disturbances in the Bunaken National Park area were: weak law enforcement; lack of trained human resources (Forest Police); limited facilities and supporting infrastructure; and the economic limitations of the local population. Based on the results of the research, the strategy that can be used is the SO Strategy, which uses all the strengths of the organization to take advantage of opportunities. The strategy that can be used is the development of conservation through the protection and enhancement of the conservation of the TNB area by coordinating with communities, groups, institutions and government and developing a conservation partnership program on Mantehage Island through tourism development

This research aims to analyze the suitability of coastal and marine ecotourism in the waters of Tanjung (Tj) Kelapa, Poopoh Village, Bunaken National Park (TN). The research was conducted from January to March 2022 in the coastal waters of Poopoh Village, Tombariri District, Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province. This research uses the tourism suitability matrix analysis method. The data is taken from literature studies and direct field data measurements, displayed in the form of tables, graphs and images and processed by mathematical calculations for tourism suitability assessment. The research was conducted at 8 research stations, 2 research stations for beach recreation category, 2 research stations for snorkeling tourism category and 4 research stations for diving tourism category. The results showed that the suitability of tourism at the beach recreation research station was in the suitable category and very suitable, the snorkeling tour station was in the suitable category and at the diving tourism station 2 stations were in the suitable category and 2 stations were in the unsuitable category

This study aims to discover the mistakes made by students, especially class VII students at Koka Christian Middle School, when solving math problems on algebraic operations using the Newman procedure. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The technique for collecting data used a written test by providing description questions that totaled 3 items and was supported by interviews with students and documentation. The subjects in this study were 16 students in class VII of Koka Christian Middle School who took the written test, and 3 of them were selected to be interviewed after a deliberation process. The results of the study showed that students made errors in solving math problems in the material for algebraic operations based on the Newman procedure, namely: 1). error in understanding the problem, where students need to write down what is known and asked by the problem or make examples in the form of variables. 2). problem transformation errors, where students cannot determine the mathematical model of the given problem or cannot determine the correct formula. 3). process skill errors, where students need clarification in the problem-solving steps due to errors in understanding the concept of algebraic operations. 4) final answer errors, where these errors result because students are wrong in the problem-solving process
