    The relative differentiation of the protein content in green algae grown in the contours of the Dengizkul reservoir was due to the fact that the level of mineralization of the water of the contours was low at the entrances(mouth) of the lake and high at the contours remote from it. Therefore, when growing green algae with a high protein content of Сhlorella vulgaris Beijer. and Scenedesmus obliquus (Turp.) Kütz., the most optimal nutrient medium is the variant in which the juice of poultry manure is mixed with 1,2,3 g / l of water. The recommendations on the breeding of Сhlorella vulgaris Beijer. and Scenedesmus obliquus (Turp.) Kütz. suspension grown in pools in semi-productive conditions by feeding fish Hypophthalmichthys molitrix are scientifically substantiated

    The aim of the study is the theoretical substantiation of the parameters of the soil-holding part of the slitter for manure incorporation into the soil. A slitter with soil-holding part to the tool for application of organic fertilizers was developed. The basic principles and methods of classical mechanics, mathematical analysis and statistics were used in this study. The analytical dependences for determining the parameters of the soil-holding part of the creeper were obtained. The length of the soil-holding part of the creeper depends on the speed of the machine, the angle of installation and the height of the jogger blade, the angle of the natural slope of the soil, the coefficient of friction of the soil and manure, and also their fall height. It is set that at an angle of friction of soil 23-37º, an angle of a natural slope of soil 30-41º and speed of unit movement 1,4 m/s, the length of a soil-holding part is equal 0,15-0,25 m

    Hydrochemical parameters of water in ecosystems of Gijdivan district of Bukhara region: O2 content 4,9 ± 0,5 mg / l, Cl2 312 ± 14 mg / l, mineralization - 992-1402 mg / l and oil products about 0,6-0,8 mg / l, it turned out that the amount of these elements in the water exceeds the permissible norm. The following conclusions were made on the basis of the study of the status of the species listed in the “Red Book” in aquatic ecosystems of the lower reaches of the Zarafshan river. We found that the population of the species Colletopterum and Corbicula in the village of Sultanabad in the Navoi region is a growing population, while the population of the species Colletopterum and Corbicula in the Gijduvan region of the Bukhara region is decreasing
