PUDDING TEMULAWAK SEBAGAI MAKANAN PENCEGAH STUNTING DI DESA GONDANG KECAMATAN CEPIRING KABUPATEN KENDAL
Abstract: Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of student service to the community and is a part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. This activity was carried out in Gondang Village, which is located in Cepiring District. Cepiring District is one of the sub- districts in Kendal Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. One of the work programs of this activity is stunting prevention socialization. This activity was filled with socialization activities regarding how to make Temulawak pudding. Pudding is a dessert that usually has a sweet taste and an attractive appearance. In making this pudding, temulawak is added which is used as an appetite enhancer. In addition, because of the curcumin content in temulawak, it can give a yellow color to the pudding and can enhance the appearance of the pudding.
