Mole Robot (MolBot): Development of Pipe Damage Detector Robot.
To get an improved image or to obtain any useful information from it, image processing is a method of implementing any operations on an image. In the method of classifying and detection of images, this process mainly contributes to the innovation of technology. The implementation of image processing in robots had been used in earlier but with different uses. Using FPV Camera 720p OIN in the projects lets it transmits live video streaming to any device attached to it. This paper shows the robustness of image processing as it detects defects on pipes. Covering the inner external part of the pipe, the robot can pass through inside the pipe. With the accuracy of 67%, the project will be tested in different pipes and drainages for the application
European association of echocardiography recommandations for standardization of performance, digital staorage and reporting of echocardiographic studies
peer reviewedIn view of the European Association of Echocardiography (EAE) mission statement “To promote excellence in clinical diagnosis, research, technical development, and education in cardiovascular ultrasound in Europe” and the increasing demand for standardization and quality control, the EAE have established recommendations and guidelines for standardization of echocardiography performance, data acquisition (images, measurements and morphologic descriptors), digital storage and reporting of echocardiographic studies. The aim of these recommendations is to provide a European consensus document on the minimum acceptable requirements for the clinical practice of echocardiography today and thus improve the quality and consistency of echocardiographic practice in Europe
Gravitational waves: search results, data analysis and parameter estimation
The Amaldi 10 Parallel Session C2 on gravitational wave (GW) search results, data analysis and parameter estimation included three lively sessions of lectures by 13 presenters, and 34 posters. The talks and posters covered a huge range of material, including results and analysis techniques for ground-based GW detectors, targeting anticipated signals from different astrophysical sources: compact binary inspiral, merger and ringdown; GW bursts from intermediate mass binary black hole mergers, cosmic string cusps, core-collapse supernovae, and other unmodeled sources; continuous waves from spinning neutron stars; and a stochastic GW background. There was considerable emphasis on Bayesian techniques for estimating the parameters of coalescing compact binary systems from the gravitational waveforms extracted from the data from the advanced detector network. This included methods to distinguish deviations of the signals from what is expected in the context of General Relativity

A collaborative ebook on the effects of the Brexit vote on the UK's cultural sector and its agents: "It's not just the economy, stupid! Brexit and the Cultural Sector", edited by Gesa Stedman and Sandra van Lente.
Our contributors come from a broad range of cultural and artistic practice and many of them worry about two aspects which have come to the fore in the context of Brexit: the stark social rift which separates the Leave and Remain camps, and the nasty rise of xenophobia and insularity in all its different shapes and forms.
Although our authors do not intend to be read or viewed as all-encompassing, and although they differ in respect to the focus they chose for their essays, poems, or statements, one aspect unifies their utterances: passion. Passion for the multi-faceted characteristics of culture, language, exchange, dialogue, border-crossings, passion for an outward-looking approach to both Britain, its different nations, and its neighbours close and far. A passionate fear of what Britain might lose in the process of departing from the EU. And the fear of loss does not concentrate on the loss of revenue or even on the probable obstacles to travel and artistic exchange once Brexit is in place. The association of quantitative PSMA PET parameters with pathologic ISUP grade: an international multicenter analysis.
PURPOSE
To assess if PSMA PET quantitative parameters are associated with pathologic ISUP grade group (GG) and upgrading/downgrading.
METHODS
PCa patients undergoing radical prostatectomy with or without pelvic lymph node dissection staged with preoperative PSMA PET at seven referral centres worldwide were evaluated. PSMA PET parameters which included SUVmax, PSMAvolume, and total PSMA accumulation (PSMAtotal) were collected. Multivariable logistic regression evaluated the association between PSMA PET quantified parameters and surgical ISUP GG. Decision-tree analysis was performed to identify discriminative thresholds for all three parameters related to the five ISUP GGs The ROC-derived AUC was used to determine whether the inclusion of PSMA quantified parameters improved the ability of multivariable models to predict ISUP GG ≥ 4.
RESULTS
A total of 605 patients were included. Overall, 2%, 37%, 37%, 10% and 13% patients had pathologic ISUP GG1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively. At multivariable analyses, all three parameters SUVmax, PSMAvolume and PSMAtotal were associated with GG ≥ 4 at surgical pathology after accounting for PSA and clinical T stage based on DRE, hospital and radioligand (all p 28, PSMAvol 0-2, 2-9, 9-20 and > 20 and PSMAtotal 0-12, 12-98 and > 98). PSMAvolume was significantly associated with GG upgrading (OR 1.03 95%CI 1.01 - 1.05). In patients with biopsy GG1-3, PSMAvolume ≥ 2 was significantly associated with higher odds for upgrading to ISUP GG ≥ 4, compared to PSMAvolume < 2 (OR 6.36, 95%CI 1.47 - 27.6).
CONCLUSION
Quantitative PSMA PET parameters are associated with surgical ISUP GG and upgrading. We propose clinically relevant thresholds of these parameters which can improve in PCa risk stratification in daily clinical practice

Myosin 1E interacts with synaptojanin-1 and dynamin and is involved in endocytosis
AbstractMyosin 1E is one of two “long-tailed” human Class I myosins that contain an SH3 domain within the tail region. SH3 domains of yeast and amoeboid myosins I interact with activators of the Arp2/3 complex, an important regulator of actin polymerization. No binding partners for the SH3 domains of myosins I have been identified in higher eukaryotes. In the current study, we show that two proteins with prominent functions in endocytosis, synaptojanin-1 and dynamin, bind to the SH3 domain of human Myo1E. Myosin 1E co-localizes with clathrin- and dynamin-containing puncta at the plasma membrane and this co-localization requires an intact SH3 domain. Expression of Myo1E tail, which acts in a dominant-negative manner, inhibits endocytosis of transferrin. Our findings suggest that myosin 1E may contribute to receptor-mediated endocytosis
