Perfeccionamiento de la red eléctrica en la Empresa Pesquera Industrial La Coloma
In the present investigation a study was made of the main electrical systems in the base enterprise unit "La Coloma", diagnosing and solving a great number of problems of the electric consumption in this enterprise. As a result of the study, were found problems referred to the inadequate design of the of the electric distribution supply of the unit, the high frequency of breaks of the electric industrial motors, the systematic affectations to the illumination system, the affectation of some parameters of quality of the electric power, the high energy consumptions which causes abundant expenses in convertible pesos, including among them the penalizations for concept of deterioration of the factor of power. It was justified a retrospective study by means of the descriptive document of flaws and technical breaks of the accidental ones that implied electric breaks starting from the 2005. With the use of an analyzer of nets , were carried out different measurements and calculations from some relative parameters to the electric power in the circuit of lobster's line and in the ice's plant, it finished with a redesign of the electric net of feeding in low tension of the circuits analyzed in the industry, with a notable improvement in all parameters related with the energy quality, becoming everything a saving of 569 196 kWh, the total ceasing of the relative penalizations to the factor of power and a total allowance of 14 374,9 pesos convertibles en el año 2012
Analysis of the syllabus of Computer Science in Health System for Bachelors of Science in Nursing professionals
Introduction: in order to effectively and efficiently respond to the increasing quantitative and qualitative demand of Cuban society for having a professionally trained nurse with increasing and sustained competences; it is necessary to design a consistent system of training that guarantees access, permanence and continued development of young people.
Objective: to carry out an assessment of the program of the subject Computer Science in Health System for Bachelors of Science in Nursing graduates, based on what is currently regulated into the methodological teaching work.
Methods: a critical, reflexive and participatory review was conducted; each of the 5 programs comprising the subject were analyzed, the current regulation for the methodological teaching work, resolution 210/07 and the model of the Graduates in Nursing , supported by observation as an empirical method.
Results: wide-ranging competencies and generalizing skills are proposed for each subject included in the program of study which must be methodologically oriented favoring the formulation of this training based on the objectives to be achieved from a developmental conception.
Conclusions: the assessments of the program indicate that the subject is conceived as a system of topics must respond to the training of the bachelor degree in nursing in order to assume the challenges the exercise of this profession compel , but methodologically the program of study is not oriented on how to approach the contents (system of skills, knowledge and values), so as to clearly determine the generalizing skills to be developed from each subject, which respond to the professional proficiency these graduates attain for their successful performance in the practice of the profession

Se analizaron cada uno de los cinco programas que conforman la disciplina, el reglamento vigente para el trabajo docente metodológico, resolución 210/07 y el modelo del profesional del Licenciado en Enfermería, apoyados en la observación como método empírico.Resultados: se proponen competencias generales y habilidades generalizadadoras para cada asignatura que conforma la disciplina y se orienta metodológicamente como favorecer la formulación de objetivos formativos desde una concepción desarrolladora.Conclusiones: las valoraciones realizadas del programa, señalan que se concibe la disciplina como un sistema de asignaturas que deben tributar a la formación del licenciado para asumir con profesionalidad los retos que impone el ejercicio de la profesión, pero no se orienta metodológicamente cómo abordar los contenidos, (sistema de habilidades, conocimientos y valores), de manera que se determine con claridad la habilidad generalizadora a desarrollar desde cada asignatura, que respondan a las competencias profesionales que estos deben poseer para su desempeño con éxito en el ejercicio de la profesión.

Metodologías de enseñanza-aprendizaje constructivista aplicadas a la educación superior: Metodologías de enseñanza-aprendizaje constructivista
The teaching-learning methodologies used in Higher Education may have different approaches, which are distinguished from each other by the way the student learns. The choice of methodology varies depending on the competences that the teacher wishes to obtain in his students. The constructivist methodology does not have specific forms of teaching, but it does provide elements for analysis and reflection on educational practice. There are many authors who have contributed their ideas and reflections on the subject. This work aims to specify constructivist methodologies for the teaching-learning process in higher education, in order to develop training workshops for teachers on the subject based on the active role of students in the development of the educational teaching process. The research was carried out by means of a descriptive, prospective and quantitative longitudinal study based on inductive and analytical methods, the universe was made up of teachers who participated in the X Scientific Methodological Seminar of the careers of Agricultural Engineering and Computer Engineering and Networks of the State University of the South of Manabí. The results reflect that the indicators of mastery of the constructivist teaching-learning methodologies according to the educational model applied in the university showed difficulties in the adequate application, in the class for a better development of the educational teaching process.Las metodologías de enseñanza-aprendizaje utilizadas en la de educación superior pueden tener distintos enfoques, que se distinguen entre sí por la manera de aprender el estudiante. La elección de la metodología varía en función de las competencias que el docente desea obtener en sus educandos. La metodología constructivista no dispone de unas formas determinadas de enseñanza, pero sí que proporciona elementos de análisis y reflexión sobre la práctica educativa. Son muchos los autores que han aportado sus ideas y reflexiones acerca del tema. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo concretar metodologías constructivistas para el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje en la educación superior, con el fin de desarrollar talleres de capacitación a los docentes sobre el tema en función del protagonismo activo de los estudiantes en el desarrollo del proceso docente educativo. La investigación se llevó a cabo por medio de un estudio longitudinal descriptivo, prospectivo y cuantitativo basado en los métodos inductivo y analítico, el universo estaba compuesto por los docentes que participaron en el X Seminario Científico Metodológico de las carreras de Ingeniería Agropecuaria e Ingeniería en Computación y Redes de la Universidad Estatal del Sur de Manabí. Los resultados reflejan que los indicadores de dominio de las metodologías de enseñanza-aprendizaje constructivista de acuerdo al modelo educativo aplicado en la universidad mostraron dificultades en la aplicación adecuada, en la clase para un mejor desarrollo del proceso docente educativo
Tratamientos para reducir los índices de rajaduras
Among the most harmful defects quality sawn Eucalyptus saligna Smith and Eucalyptus pellita F. Muell stand growth stresses. It´s manifested as cracks in the ends of the logs and pieces of lumber. The search for simple methods for reduction is of great importance for the development of forest policy. This research develops a set of methods to reduce the influence of internal stresses on the deformations growth of lumber. To which field data were taken from the two species studied, Eucalyptus saligna Smith and Eucalyptus pellita F. Muell to which different treatments were applied, such as: Ringing in the ends of the logs and logs with irrigation storage, taking as its starting point a standard or control for comparison. The results show that the treatments used possible to reduce internal stresses in the wood growth of Eucalyptus saligna Smith and Eucalyptus pellita F. Muell highlighting the logs stored in irrigated where you get the best results.Entre los defectos que más perjudican la calidad de la madera aserrada de Eucalyptus saligna Smith y Eucalyptus pellita F. Muell, se destacan las tensiones de crecimiento. Estas se manifiestan como rajaduras en los extremos de las trozas y en las piezas de la madera aserrada. La búsqueda de métodos simples para su reducción resulta de gran importancia para el desarrollo de la política forestal. La presente investigación desarrolla un conjunto de métodos que permiten reducir la influencia de las tensiones internas de crecimiento sobre las deformaciones de la madera aserrada. Para ello, se tomaron datos de campo de las dos especies objeto de estudio, Eucalyptus saligna Smith y Eucalyptus pellita F. Muell a las que se les aplicaron diferentes tratamientos, tales como: Anillado en los extremos de las trozas, almacenamiento de trozas con riego, anillado de árboles en pie, tomando como punto de partida un patrón o testigo para establecer comparaciones. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que los tratamientos utilizados posibilitan la reducción de las tensiones internas de crecimientos en la madera de Eucalyptus saligna Smith y Eucalyptus pellita F. Muell; se resalta el de las trozas almacenadas con riego donde se obtienen los mejores resultados
