Análisis de la aplicación de la Metodología del Valor Ganado en un proyecto de la localidad de Pataz, año 2022

La investigación busco dar respuesta a la pregunta ¿Que aporte brinda el análisis de la aplicación de la Metodología del Valor Ganado en un proyecto de la localidad de Pataz, año 2022?, planteándose como objetivo el Determinar que mejora se extrae del análisis de la aplicación de la Metodología del Valor Ganado en un proyecto de la localidad de Pataz, año 2022; teniendo como escenario el proyecto denominado “CREACIÓN DEL CENTRO DE COMERCIALIZACIÓN EN LA CIUDAD DE PATAZ DEL DISTRITO DE PATAZ – PROVINCIA DE LA LIBERTAD, I ETAPA”; donde se aplicó un estudio de tipo Básico–Descriptivo, con diseño Descriptivo-Evaluativo–Transversal, usando la técnica del análisis documental mediante la ficha de recolección de datos y el registro digital; obteniendo como resultado que la EVM posee deficiencias al evaluar la dimensión tiempo en los proyectos, a raíz que este método no concibe que se den resultados fuera del plazo contractual; del mismo modo el aporte brindado se basa en la aplicación complementaria de la metodología Earned Schelude, la cual permite calcular la situación del proyecto, con respecto al tiempo, de manera más precisa, al no estar limitada por el plazo contractualThe research sought to answer the question: What contribution does the analysis of the application of the Earned Value Methodology provide in a project in the town of Pataz, year 2022? considering the objective of determining what improvement is extracted from the analysis of the application. of the Earned Value Methodology in a project in the town of Pataz, year 2022; having as scenario the project called "CREATION OF THE COMMERCIALIZATION CENTER IN THE CITY OF PATAZ OF THE DISTRICT OF PATAZ - PROVINCE OF LA LIBERTAD, I STAGE"; where a Basic-Descriptive study was applied, with a Descriptive-Evaluative-Cross-sectional design, using the documentary analysis technique through the data collection sheet and the digital record; obtaining as a result that the EVM has deficiencies when evaluating the time dimension in the projects, due to the fact that this method does not conceive that results are given outside the contractual term; In the same way, the contribution provided is based on the complementary application of the Earned Schelude methodology, which allows calculating the situation of the project, with respect to time, more precisely, as it is not limited by the contractual term..Tesi
