The objective of our study was to investigate the attributes of the cognitive, affective, and value-semantic domains, along with genetic predictors, that influence the digital behavior of young individuals. The study involved 91 people (33 males and 58 females) aged 18 to 25 years (Russian Federation). In order to measure digital behavior the questioner “Strategies of informational behavior” (SIP) was used. In order to study the cognitive, affective and value-semantic characteristics, the following tests were used: the Test of Life-Sense Orientations, the Buss-Durkee Hostility Inventory, the Gottschaldt Figures Test (a measure of embedded figures perception), and a method for assessing thinking style. Genotyping was use to examine polymorphisms of the COMT, DRD2, and BDNF genes. Our findings demonstrate statistically significant associations between constructive and destructive digital behaviors and specific facets of the participants’ cognitive, affective, and value-semantic domains, as well as distinct aspects of dopaminergic system functionality

Results of designing the low-noise amplifier, quadrature demodulator, and baseband amplifier with an integrated low-pass filter for the UHF radio frequency identification receiver are presented. IP-blocks are designed for implementation in the domestic CMOS 180 nm technology process. The low-noise amplifier is implemented with integrated single pole double throw switches based on the MOSFETs which are needed for bypass mode realization at the RF input. The benefits of this approach are increased input linearity of the receiver by no less than 30 dB with an increase of a noise figure. The quadrature demodulator is realized according to a typical design based on the passive MOSFET mixer core. The programmable-gain baseband amplifier is implemented with an integrated low-pass filter based on Tow-Thomas biquad architecture. IP-blocks designed for use in an RFID reader transceiver VLSI IC with sensitivity value no more than -75 dBm and input linearity value not less than 10 dBm in a «Talk» mode. The trustiness of the receiver is provided by the full-cycle design procedure and verification under experimental investigation. The electric parameters values of the proposed receiver correspond to foreign VLSIs implemented in a CMOS process with the same technology nodes. Thus, it is important to design the domestic ISO 18000-6C reader equipment intended for critical infrastructure

Practical Aspects of HOM Suppression Improvement for TM011

    No full text
Some Higher Order Modes (HOM) pass bands were controlled during cryo-tests at DESY for the European XFEL cavities. The second monopole mode (TM011) showed most instabilities and suppression degradation. The authors will explain this phenomenon on the example of cavity CAV00553 and present the practical method of TM011 damping improvement

Decision support system for individual athlete’s diet based on optimization modeling’ development

    No full text
The article discusses the main areas of information technology tools application in the training of athletes, analyzes the types of expert systems that can be applied for this subject area, indicating the features of their use, including the tasks of supporting the plans preparation for individual diets of athletes. The formulated mathematical model is considered as a decision-making model in an optimization formulation for seeking the optimal ratio of food components from the space of admissible decisions of the various food products ratio. The recommendations regarding the daily needs of athletes in the necessary vital components for various sports activity categories, considering the norms of daily calorie intake in accordance with the Mifflin-San Geor formula, indicating the maximum norms of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, are analyzed. A mathematical model is presented in an optimization formulation from the class of discrete programming, on which the developed intelligent decision support system is based. The implementation components of the software system in the pseudocode format and examples of the implementation of the model for the formation of individual diet plans in the optimization setting are presented. The developed software package can be used for automatic generation of basic recommendations for the proposal of individual diets as an auxiliary means of supporting the activities of a dietitian to find the optimal plan in terms of maximizing individual preferences for food in the area of permissible values for the restrictions on the type of sports activities and the maximum norms of food components
