In the future, digital technologies will make it possible to increase the transparency of the economic activities of tax organizations, the transparency of the economy of all economic entities in Russian Federation, which guarantees the stability of receipts to the country's budget, an improvement in the quality of budget planning and economic stability. The purpose of this study is to substantiate the optimization of the economic activities of tax organizations based on the introduction of digital technologies. The object of the research is the economic activity of tax organizations. The subject of the research is digital technologies as a factor in optimizing economic activity and the sustainability of tax organizations. The analysis of the efficiency of tax organizations is presented. The author's vision of the influence of digital technologies on the optimization of economic activity is given on the example of the branch of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation in terms of tax control and the provision of public services. It is concluded that the optimization of the economic activities of tax organizations based on the introduction of digital technologies will reduce the costs of current activities, tax administration, time costs for tax transactions

Atmospheric Ecology Modeling for the Sustainable Development of the Urban Environment

    No full text
The article considers the actual problem of the ecology of urban areas associated with air pollution by industrial and energy enterprises. The study is aimed at substantiating the method of forming a plan for atmospheric air pollution observation using mobile laboratories. The quantitative characteristic of sites for different urban development zones is determined as a set of estimates. The air pollution index was chosen as a total sanitary and hygienic criterion for assessing pollution. The implementation of the decision-making problem using the analytic network process method is considered. Parameters of the city and environment that affect the assessment of atmospheric air quality were selected in the course of the study. A network structure of mutual influence of the studied parameters is formed. The architecture of the decision support system based on the proposed method is given. The created software makes it possible to automate the modeling of the distribution of pollutants in the atmosphere. The computational experiment is presented on the example of the Volgograd agglomeration, Russia. The proposed approach can significantly improve the organization of monitoring by mobile laboratories and reduce the cost of obtaining data on urban air pollution without increasing the number of existing observation laboratories, both stationary and mobile

Evaluation of possibility of cultivation of acid resistant bacteria on solid egg-based and agar cultural media

Background: The increase in the number of patients at risk for opportunistic infections caused by rare bacteria, which include individual representatives of acid-resistant bacteria (ARB), is a serious problem in modern health care. Significant difficulties in the etiological diagnosis of mycobacteriosis, nocardiosis, and actinomycosis are associated not only with the problem of identifying the main pathogens but also with certain difficulties in isolating pathogens from biological material. Methods: The research provides data on 402 strains of ARB, which were isolated from various biological materials obtained from patients during examination for tuberculosis. All samples of biological material were negative on the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex. The isolates were identified on the MALDI-ToF mass spectrometer. The cultural characteristics of ARB were evaluated on the solid Löwenstein–Jensen egg-based culture media, universal chromogenic media, and 5% blood agar with lamb blood. Results: The studies carried out indicate the possibility of culturing ARB representatives on agar media. At the same time, based on the comparison of the growth properties of ARB, it was found that the universal chromogenic media provides more acceptable conditions for the isolation of nontuberculous mycobacteria (NTM) compared to blood agar. The comparison of the growth rate of bacteria did not reveal significant differences for fastly growing NTM. For slowly growing species, the growth rate on blood agar was lower than on chromogenic media and on the Löwenstein–Jensen media. Conclusion: Thus, the use of a universal chromogenic media during incubation makes it possible to isolate and preidentify representatives of the ARB under the conditions of standard operating procedures of the microbiological laboratory
