By analyzing the correlation between the corn cobs’ production and corn cobs’ weight at harvesting (table 1), it is ascertain a positive distinct significant correlation; corn beans’ production variation according to the corn cobs’ weight is presented below (Fig. 1). One can conclude that corn production variation is influenced in a 98 % by the cobs’ weight variation at harvesting

In the conditions of the agricultural year 2005-2006, taking into account the irrigation regime influence on corn production in 2006, it can be noticed that irrigation influenced the production registering an increment of 11 %

ASPECTS REGARDING THE INTERACTIONS BETWEEN THE WATER REGIME AND THE SUGAR BEET VARIETY PRODUCTIONS IN THE EXPERIMENTAL FIELD OF TURDA IN 2006

After statistical interpretation it can be seen the fact that there are several differences concerning the productions obtained for each variety, compared to the average production, in the case of Gina and Bogdana varieties. Thereby, Bogdana variety production was registered as being very significant positive exceeding the average. The Gina variety registered very significant negative differences, with the lowest productions and the Rosita variety did not register any significant differences. By statistical interpretation one can conclude that none of the experimental variants registered significant differences; thereby, they do not have statistical insurance

In the experience was fallowed obtain productions of four soy bean variety (Diamant, Perla, Agat and Onix) in irrigated and non irrigated conditions. The researches took place in experimental field at Târnăveni (Târgu-Mureş); the region being part of the sub humid zone of Transylvania. The all four soy beans varieties recorded, in the experimental year 2005 higher harvest values in irrigative conditions. Can be remark that the productions realize of the variety Diamant (3,83 t/ha), Agat (3,72 t/ha) and Onix (3,81 t/ha) was significant passed the medium production (2,65 t/ha) realized in non-irrigated conditions of the variety soy bean take in study. In 2006, compare with the media experience (the media production in non-irrigated conditions), varieties: Diamant (3,77 t/ha) and Onix (3,74 t/ha) ware realize significant differences in positive way, passing the media production realize in not irrigated conditions (2,45 t/ha) with 1,32 t/ha and 1,29 t/ha

Quality Requirements of Bioethanol Samples Obtained from the Sugar Beet Cultivated in the Experimental Fields of Viisoara-Turda, within the Agricultural Year 2007-2008

This paper presents some of the results obtained during the experiences carried out within the sugar beet experimental field of Viisoara, Cluj County. In the agricultural year 2007 – 2008, several researches were conducted on sugar beet in order to obtain bioethanol, using sugar beet as main biological raw material. Taking into account the quality requirements of bioethanol, one carefully monitored the sugar beet crop evolution regarding the influence of different technology factors, such as irrigation regime and fertilization, on sugar beet yield. As a result, after applying a number of test methods, one determined the characteristics of bioethanol for each sample obtained from sugar beet in the experimental fields of Viisoara, according to the EN 15376 standard requirements, as a component of the automotive fuel for petrol vehicles, according to EN 228:2008 standard

RESEARCHES REGARDING THE WATER CONSUMPTION AT SOY BEAN CULTURE, IN EXPERIMENTAL YEARS 2005-2006

The researches took place in experimental field at Târnăveni (Târgu-Mureş); the region being part of the sub humid zone of Transylvania. The water consumption for soy bean was determinate, in the first two experimental years, with the help of direct method of water balance from the soil and with indirect method Thornthwaite. The year 2005 was a hot year, the values of the water consumption are higher compare with temperatures recorder in the year 2006, in the first year, incoming with lots of wets in the vegetation period. Between those two used methods for water consumption determinations are not significant differences. Table 1 and table 2 include the medium daily water consumption values obtain with the both methods of the soy bean culture in the experimental years 2005 and 2006

Any modern community, either urban or rural, must assimilate and promote a strategically vision concerning its future development. The lack of this kind of vision leads to a chaotic administrative activity, within opportunities can be missed and precious resources are irrationally consumed. International experience proved that projects and operational programs operate best when they are a part of a coherent ambit and when there is coordination at a strategic level. For Mărişel commune, the strategical planning process aimed to define the development points of the community during the 2007 – 2013 period, an extremely important stage for all urban and rural Romanian communities. The main methodological stages of the strategical planning process were the following: realizing a preliminary analysis, establishing a vision on the community development, sectorial analysis of main strategical domains and the articulation of the strategic document. The principals that were the bases of the strategical planning process were: ensuring the scientifically validation, community implication, transparency, objectivity, coherence and demarche continuity. After analyzing the positive and negative characteristics of the commune, it has been conclude the basis for the elaboration of the commune development strategy, as follows: The Mărişel commune development is a matter of maximum importance for local public administration, that also depends on the will and the capacity of the hole community to define strategical programs and to transpose them in operational programs; The problems that the community is confronting with are specific to rural localities in full development. The community must assume this reality and to use it in its own local development interest; The commune is under the development level of other identical rural localities, but it has a special potential, which it can guarantee its development; The geographical position favors the role of a touring locality of first rank, in the region that it is located; Increasing the life level quality of the community is a strategical indispensable objective in future local development; The presence of a performing public administration is essential to the commune strategical development; The strategy success at tactical and operational level depends on the community capacity to form working groups (administration- interested groups), that could implement structural programs at strategic level, to monitor, evaluate and correct them in time
