Équipe 104 : NanomatériauxInternational audienceThe GeOx/SiO2 multilayers were grown on quartz substrates and experimentally studied using transmission and reflection spectroscopy. The experimental spectra were compared with calculated ones. The calculations have shown that twenty GeOx/SiO2 bilayers are enough for a mirror with reflection more than 99%. So, the GeOx/SiO2 multilayers can be used for production of Bragg mirrors for the visible range
