Cells of two molecular genetic types of breast cancer-hormone-dependent breast cancer (ZR-75 cell line) and triple-negative breast cancer (BT-20 cell line)-were studied using atomic force microscopy and an optical nanomotion detection method. Using the Peak Force QNM and Force Volume AFM modes, we revealed the unique patterns of the dependence of Young's modulus on the indentation depth for two cancer cell lines that correlate with the features of the spatial organization of the actin cytoskeleton. Within a 200-300 nm layer just under the cell membrane, BT-20 cells are stiffer than ZR-75 cells, whereas in deeper cell regions, Young's modulus of ZR-75 cells exceeds that of BT-20 cells. Two cancer cell lines also displayed a difference in cell nanomotion dynamics upon exposure to cytochalasin D, a potent actin polymerization inhibitor. The drug strongly modified the nanomotion pattern of BT-20 cells, whereas it had almost no effect on the ZR-75 cells. We are confident that nanomotion monitoring and measurement of the stiffness of cancer cells at various indentation depths deserve further studies to obtain effective predictive parameters for use in clinical practice

Current trends in the development of continuing education require the use of innovative technologies to improve the quality of the learning process. The article aims of is to study the experience of the use of educational technologies in teaching a continuing education course “Gender Approach in the Practical Activities of Educators”. The increasing importance of a gender approach around the world makes it necessary for teachers to study the aspects of gender interaction among students. The article presents the development of the structure and content of the e-course “Gender approach in the practical work of the teacher”. The course is implemented using innovative educational technologies, methods and tools used by leading higher education institutions. Its implementation It is carried out by teachers using information, design, case studies, gaming, and other innovative educational technologies. The professional development course is aimed at developing students’ competencies related to the harmonization of students’ gender-role interaction, which is considered as the principle of ensuring equal rights and opportunities regardless of gender. The course structure is represented by a wide theoretical block and a practical part. The course develops students ’competencies, including the ability to form students’ tolerance for perceiving the position of another person and correctly arguing their opinion in interaction with their. Their use broadens the possibilities of training students, contributes to the formation of their competencies. Improving the quality of training of listeners proving e t efficiency realized by the course, and the increase in the number of listeners - its relevance

This article discusses innovative activities in the electronic educational environment. The purpose of the article is to determine the role and significance of the electronic educational environment, as one of the areas of modernization of modern education. The purpose of innovation is the search and implementation of innovations in order to expand the functional content of the modern educational process and improve the quality of professional education provided by educational organizations, improve technologies, methods and organization of the educational process. During the research it was revealed that among the significant areas in the process of innovative transformation of the education system: innovative transformations as a reflection of the key trends in the progress of the education system; innovative transformations as the elimination of problems arising in the functioning of the structure of the vocational education system; innovative transformations as expected desirable outcomes of the forthcoming renewed educational system. One of the areas of innovative activity of educational organizations is the creation of an electronic educational environment and conducting classes in electronic form. The development of informational means of education is currently taking place very actively in professional education. Thus, innovative activity that allows creating an electronic educational environment contributes to ensuring the full mastering of disciplines by students, regardless of the location of the students

Management in education is one of the main tools that allow the rational use of various resources in order to achieve the objectives and improve work efficiency. The article shows the opportunities provided by management for the implementation of educational processes. The purpose of the work is to identify the need of using a checklist for placing an open online course on electronic educational platforms. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, periodicals, publications on the topic of research, analysis of developed online courses and requirements for them. It has been revealed that the current level of development of information technology opens up opportunities for training for absolutely every person, regardless of age and health. The article discloses in detail one of the ways to realize this possibility - training using open online courses, analyzes the features of various educational platforms designed to host online courses. To place an open online course on any platform, it requires careful development. The need for using a checklist in the development and creation of an online course as a mandatory tool for monitoring by the developer has been identified, since a checklist is a predefined list of tasks or actions that are used as instructions. The article describes the need and advantages of using a checklist and presents one of the options for the checklist of the course “Concepts of modern science.” An approximate algorithm for launching an online course by means of a developed checklist is presented. The necessary components of the document are determined, and the example of filling each component of the course “Concepts of modern science” is given in the paper. The checklist can be changed in accordance with the requirements for the development of a particular course, the features of the placement platform and the learning audience. The paper shows what opportunities are open for the course developer using a checklist
