    Forming system of strategic innovation management at high-tech engineering enterprises

    The article considers the processes of forming the strategic system of innovative activity management at the enterprises of a high-tech mechanical engineering complex (MEC) that are traditionally decisive in shaping the economic base of Russia. The authors proposed a method of designing a strategic system of innovative activity management at the MEC's enterprises of the region which is based on the consideration of means and opportunities of the enterprise to implement intellectual activity. The proposed methodology and the empirical results constituted a ground for developing a system of strategic innovation management when performing the state-guaranteed order at the hi-tech MEC enterprises. Its implementation will help to reduce the level of uncertainty throughout the entire life cycle of an innovative activity product

    Introduction: The article is devoted to the use of e-learning as a form of implementation of innovations in the university, which allows to improve the quality of education through the use of rapidly growing world educational resources and due to the fact that the use of e-learning elements and distance learning technologies increases the share of independent work of students in mastering the material . As the author of the article shows: in recent years, global changes have occurred in the modern higher education of the Russian Federation. They were caused by the new demands of the state and society, as well as innovations in the country's economy. In modern higher education there is a need for the development of innovations and their continuous improvement.Materials and methods: the article developed the question of the introduction of e-learning in higher education. For this, the problems of creation, development and dissemination of pedagogical innovations were considered. Identified various aspects of studying the problems of education, which reveal the positive impact of information technology on the education system. The definition of innovation in the vocational education system is given as a result of practical and theoretical research, various developments in the field of vocational education, which lead to an increase in its effectiveness.Results: The article analyzes the use of electronic courses in the electronic educational environment of the university, which showed that the teacher’s readiness to use the electronic environment has increased significantly.Discussion and Conclusions: the article discusses the existing tools and technologies for the application of innovative teaching methods that have many advantages and their joint use makes it possible to simplify the learning process as much as possible, to make it more convenient and intensive. The electronic courses developed by university teachers in the electronic environment allow to improve the level of development and the quality of education of students in general

    Evaluation criteria for education institutions-industry collaboration: territories of advanced development (TAD) environment

    Introduction. Collaboration between professional and higher education institutions and industrial enterprises, located within the city, is of high priority in the territories of advanced development (TAD).Materials and Methods. The paper presents the analysis of Russian and foreign research works aimed at studying the important issues of collaboration between state, professional and higher education institutions and industrial enterprises in educating specialists for industrial enterprises. The main focus is made on enterprises which are the residents of the territories of advanced development and the socio-economic conditions of establishing collaboration. The authors applied scholarly literature study methods, as well as questionnaire, analysis, and generalization and systematization of obtained data approach.  Results. The authors have identified and described the main stakeholders of the collaboration, and derived criteria to evaluate the outcomes of education institutions and industrial enterprises collaboration and the efficiency level in training qualified personnel for TAD.Discussion and Conclusions. Future investigation in regard of finding methods and techniques to assess education institutions and industrial enterprises collaboration efficiency is required. Authors also aim at finding efficient collaboration factors which are more relevant to the conditions of territories of advanced development and focus specifically on medium and small-sized enterprises and education institutions of those territories. All the research findings might be used as structural elements of an ontological model of a digital monitoring support system at planning, managing and controlling the process of training specialists for industrial enterprises of TAD
