Purpose: Studying of influence frequency of warm reductions (FWR) on clinical features of a current and indicators of purine an exchange at patients ST evalution acute myocarde infarction (AMI).Materials and Methods: 91 patient, middle age 60,86±1,2 years, with the diagnosis of ImpST. Considering FWR less and more than 70 ud./minutes all patients AMI have been divided on two groups. Estimated the objective data and indicators of purine an exchange (activity 5-nukleotidazy, adenosine deaminase, xanthine oxidase and level of uric acid). Results: Increase FWR at patients AMI correlates with more expressed infringements of haemodynamics and the data of lipidogramma that aggravates weight of a current of disease. FWR is a marker of intensity of a metabolism purine an exchange that reflects more expressed deficiency of energy at sick AMI.Summary: Increase FWR reflects intensity of a metabolism пуринового an exchange and more expressed deficiency of energy at patients AMI. Increase FWR aggravates weight of a current of (HAMslSТ)

The aim of the study was to evaluate the markers of the prognosis of heart failure NTproBNP and ST-2 in the dynamics of inpatient treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction with ST segment elevation (STEMI), depending on the ejection fraction (EF). Materials and methods. Clinical and laboratory characteristics of patients with STEMI ( n = 150) were studied depending on left ventricular (LV) LV EF 50 %. In the dynamics of hospital treatment in patients with STEMI with an EF <50 %, high values of NTproBNP and ST-2 persisted; in contrast to patients with EF ³ 50 % a statistically significant decrease in NTproBNP and a decrease in ST-2 to normal values were established. Conclusion Laboratory indicators NTproBNP and ST-2 are markers of progression of heart failure in patients with STEMI at the hospital stage of treatment. In patients with STEMI with an EF <50 %, high values of NTproBNP and ST-2 persist throughout the in-patient treatment, determining the prognosis of heart failure

A cardiovascular disease (CVD) screening study of 1350 Rostov-na-Donu citizens was performed. According to calculated clinical sensitivity and specificity, perspectives of «Cardiovisor - Obs « device use, as primary indicator of heart health and regulatory mechanisms status in screening studies, were determined. Among Rostov-na-Donu citizens, leading behavioral risk factors for non-communicable disease included smoking, low physical activity, and unhealthy diet, resulting in overweight and obesity. There is a need for special preventive program focused on suboptimal ecology region inhabitants
