In order to visualize distribution of induction frog's sciatic nerve in a high electric field experiments were performed on 90 frogs Rana temporaria. In immobilized frogs were isolated sciatic nerve and placed it on the scanner camera gas discharge visualization install KELSEY, which creates an electric field high-frequency (1024 Hz). The 60-second video movie (frequency-lapse shooting 1000 frames per second) was shooted by scanner with a highly sensitive video cameras. The regional luminescence - effect Kirlian was observed in a frog's sciatic nerve in high-frequency electric field out of irritation. 4 hearth inner glows were appeared during nerve stimulation by single impulses. They disappeared after finishing the stimulation. This fact indicates that the inside of the nerve centers of luminescence reflects the induction of nerve fibers. The rate of emission of a luminescence corresponded to the speed of distribution induction in the nerve in m/s: (1 hearth) Aa = 46,2 ± 0,4; (center 2) Aß = 23,4 ± 0,5; (hearth 3) AY = 15,2 ± 0,4; (hearth 4) B = 10,0 ± 0,6. The centers of luminescence and their projections vary in size. Area of centers of luminescence in mm2 1 center - 8,0±0,4; 2 center - 4,3±0,4; 3 center - 3,2±0,2; 4 center - 2,4±0,4. The largest area of the centers of luminescence, moving to the muscle, has a center corresponding to the speed fiber Aa, then AY and Aß. The list area - center luminescence fibers of group B. Thus the visualization indicates the spread of induction in the frog's sciatic nerve

Observations were performed on 20 healthy pregnant women and 84 women with diabetes on 38-40 weeks of gestation. All pregnant conducted obstetric examination, determined the glycemic profile, urinalysis, glucose, ketone bodies, acetone. The regulatory-adaptive status was evaluated on a sample of cardio-respiratory synchronism. Registration of uterine activity, along with the movements of the fetus and the fetal heart rate was monitored by external cardiotocography. To determine the functional state of the fetus were used ultrasound. It was found that among 34 pregnant women 9 of them had incorrect diagnosis compensated diabetes, which had been disproved by values of regulatory-adaptive status indicated decompensated diabetes. Later the diagnosis had been proved. Thus, the question of delivery of pregnant women with diabetes should not only be on the level of blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin, fetal biophysical profile data, but also on the regulatory-adaptive status which is determined by the parameters of the sample cardiorespiratory synchronism

Aim. The study is to establish causally significant epidemiological risk factors for the occurrence of iron deficiency disorders (WDS) in children and adolescents in the Krasnodar Territory.Materials and methods. The absolute and relative risks of the formation of GVD in 605 children and adolescents aged from birth to 18 years, living in the territories of the Krasnodar Territory with various ecological conditions, were studied. The ecological situation in the province was assessed according to the method previously proposed by V.A. Shashel et al. (2000). The following characteristics of the general blood test performed on an automatic analyzer with the determination of hemoglobin (Hb), the number of red blood cells (RBC), hematocrit (Ht), erythrocyte indices (mean erythrocyte volume- MCHC, width of red blood cell distribution by volume-RDW, reflecting The degree of anisocytosis), the number of reticulocytes (Ret), and the hemoglobin content in the reticulocytes (CHr). The serum iron (SJ), serum ferritin (SF) and total iron binding capacity of serum (BFW) were determined. The saturation coefficient of ferric iron was calculated by the formula: NTZ=SZ/OZSS.100%. The relative risk (RR) was calculated using the formula: R=d.a/b.c.Results. The study of the influence of various endogenous and exogenous epidemiological risk factors on the occurrence of GVD in children allowed the identification of 25 most significant factors. Of the medical and biological antenatal and intranatal reasons, the main ones were placental insufficiency, multiple pregnancy, diseases of pregnant women, including anemia. Of the postnatal factors, the leading ones were insufficient intake of iron with food in the form of early artificial feeding, the use of unadapted milk mixtures of cow or goat milk. Increased need for iron occurs in children with accelerated growth rates in early, prepubertal and pubertal age, and increased losses of this macroelement were due to intestinal absorption, bleeding of various etiologies, including a part of girls during the period of menstrual cycle. The main risk factors for social and hygienic reasons can be attributed to an unbalanced diet with a rare intake of meat products, a strict vegetarian, flour, milk, sweet rations, a rare intake of fruits and vegetables, leading to a qualitative and quantitative deficiency of macro- and micronutrients. The majority of children had a disturbance of the regime of the day and nutrition, the use of fast food, inactivity. The majority of these risk factors for the development of LVS have occurred in the upbringing of children by parents, smokers and mothers in families with low material incomes and low medical activity in the family. The detected risk factors for the emergence of GVH in children exacerbate its effect against the background of air pollutants, water basins and agricultural lands.Conclusion. The detected risk factors make it possible to form children in risk groups for the occurrence of their WDN, to timely appoint a diagnosis for diagnosis, treatment and develop targeted programs for primary prevention and rehabilitation of these diseases

Actual problems is correlation between the level of stress resistance and testosterone concentration in a blood was set: the more testosterone within normal limits, the higher is level of stress resistance. In 42 healthy men aged 25-40 years was identified testosterone concentration in a blood by metods electrochemiluminescence. The level of stress resistance was assessed by changes regulatory-adaptive status. The last was identified by filter samples cardio-respiratory synchronism in the initial state and the action of stress factor (arithmetic test score under time). The subject with an excellent regulatoryadaptive ability of the body and a decrease of 5-6% or less in their regulatory-adaptive state were included in the high level of stress resistance. The subjects with a 50% decrease in index regulatory-adaptive state in response to stress were included in the moderate stress resistance group. A decrease in index regulatory-adaptive state by more than 50% was the evidence of low stress resistance. It was that, hearing level stress resistance - testosterone concentration in a blood 8,38±0,12 ng/ml; moderate level stress resistance - testosterone concentration in a blood 5,73±0,04 ng/ml; low level stress resistance - testosterone concentration in a blood 3,64±0,04 ng/ml. The evaluation of stress according to previously conducted analysis of the testosterone concentration at inspection allows us to characterize the willingness of men to stress tolerance was shown and it may be included in the set of tests to recruit people in extreme professions

The purpose of this work is to identify the relationship between concentration of progesterone in blood and stress healthy women. Material and methods. 52 healthy women aged 18 - 45 years were observed during the luteal phases of the menstrual cycle, undergoing examination in clinic “Yekaterininskaya”, in which ones progesterone was determined by immunochemiluminescent analysis of venous blood. Regulatory-adaptive status of the subjects was assessed by parameters of the sample cardiorespiratory synchronism before and after the stressor tests “Arithmetic account”. The level of stress resistance all observed the women were divided into three groups. In the high level of stress resistance - in the blood progesterone 7.0 - 21.0 ng / mL, with a moderate - 4.0 - 6.8 ng / ml and low - 1.7 ng - 3,8 / mL Conclusion. These data indicate that between kontsenentratsiey progesterone in the blood of healthy women and stress there is a connection: the more normative importance of progesterone in the blood, the higher the level of stress
