    Badania przeprowadzono po uruchomieniu separator贸w lamelowych oczyszczaj膮cych 艣cieki deszczowe odprowadzane do jeziora Jeziorak Ma艂y w I艂awie. Analizie poddano r贸偶nice mi臋dzy liczebno艣ci膮 sinic i warto艣ciami wska藕nik贸w fizyczno-chemicznych wody w jeziorze w miejscu odp艂ywu z separator贸w oraz w toni wodnej, w zale偶no艣ci od wysoko艣ci opad贸w atmosferycznych. Badania wykaza艂y istotne statystycznie r贸偶nice pomi臋dzy liczb膮 sinic a warto艣ciami wska藕nik贸w fizyczno-chemicznych wody w jeziorze, co wskazuje na znaczny wp艂yw 艣ciek贸w deszczowych na warunki rozwoju sinic, zw艂aszcza w strefie brzegowej jeziora. Czynnikami ograniczaj膮cymi ich rozw贸j by艂a obni偶ona temperatura wody i podwy偶szona zawarto艣膰 chlork贸w, o czym 艣wiadczy艂a ponad dwukrotnie mniejsza 艣rednia liczba sinic przy separatorach ni偶 w toni wodnej jeziora. Stwierdzono ponadto, 偶e zwi臋kszenie liczebno艣ci sinic nast臋powa艂o wraz ze wzrostem wysoko艣ci opad贸w atmosferycznych do warto艣ci oko艂o 90 mm, co mog艂o by膰 zwi膮zane z dop艂ywem biogen贸w ze zlewni. Warunkami ekstremalnymi rozwoju sinic by艂y opady o wysoko艣ci powy偶ej 100 mm, podczas kt贸rych nast膮pi艂 gwa艂towny spadek ich liczebno艣ci.The studies were conducted after installation of lamella separators clarifying storm water flowing into Jeziorak Maly urban lake in Ilawa. Differences were analyzed between cyanobacteria numbers and physico-chemical parameters of the lake water at separator outlets and in the pelagic zone as a function of precipitation rates. Statistically significant differences between cyanobacteria numbers and physico-chemical parameters of the lake water were demonstrated, indicating significant influence of storm water on cyanobacteria development conditions, especially in the littoral zone. Lowered water temperature and increased chloride concentration were factors limiting the algae growth. That conclusion was supported by more than twice as low cyanobacteria number at the separator outlets as in the pelagial. Additionally, it was found that an increase in the cyanobacteria number was accompanied by an increase in precipitation rate up to the level of about 90 mm. Possibly, this could be related to nutrient inflow from the catchment area. Precipitation above 100 mm was extreme developmental conditions for cyanobacteria under which a sudden decrease in their numbers occurred

W artykule scharakteryzowano kolejowy transport materia艂贸w niebezpiecznych oraz przedstawiono struktur臋 i mas臋 przewo偶onych materia艂贸w niebezpiecznych w uj臋ciu statystycznym w Polsce w latach 2011-2016. Niniejsze opracowanie zawiera r贸wnie偶 przegl膮d obowi膮zuj膮cych akt贸w prawnych na poziomie mi臋dzynarodowym i krajowym, definicj臋 towar贸w niebezpiecznych i ich oznaczenia wed艂ug RID, procedury nadzoru nad ich przewozem, kontroli, a tak偶e przewozu tych偶e materia艂贸w 艣rodkiem transportu kolejowego.The subject matter of this article are the legal procedures for the carriage of dangerous goods by rail transport. In the article has been characterized the railway transport of hazardous materials and has been presented the structure and mass of transported hazardous materials in statistical terms in Poland since 2011 to 2016. The article also includes a review of existing international and national legislation. The study contains the definitions of the dangerous goods as well as their identification under the RID.
