W pracy przedstawiono wyniki badań nad zasoleniem gleb zalanych wodami nadosadowymi w wyniku awarii podziemnego rurociągu pomiędzy miejscowościami Żuków i Bieńków. W wyniku zalania nastąpił wzrost zasolenia gleb. W celu określenia postępu odsalania badania przeprowadzono powtórnie rok po awarii.The paper presents results of research on soils flooded salinity wastewaters as a result of failure of underground pipeline between the villages Żuków and Bieńków. As a result of flooding increased the salinity of soils. In order to determine the progress of desalination research was carried out again year after the accident

Przeprowadzono ocenę terenów zrekultywowanych, pod kątem wartości przyrodniczych oraz stopnia wkomponowania w istniejący krajobraz. Skategoryzowano stan sukcesji poszczególnych typów siedlisk. Niniejsza analiza wykonana w związku z nowelizacją ustawy Prawo Ochrony Środowiska uwzględnia wytyczne związane z opracowaniem raportu początkowego dla instalacji IPPC.The paper presents the basic characteristics of the physico-chemical properties and soil pollution in the disposal works in Ścinawka Dolna. Heavy metals in the underground and above-ground parts of the red beet (Beta vulgaris) grown in the direct surroundings of the tailings pond „Żelazny Most”

W pracy zawarto zagadnienia związane z analizą obecnego wpływu składowiska odpadów Żelazny Most na zawartość metali ciężkich w burakach ćwikłowych uprawianych w ogródkach przydomowych położonych we wsiach Tarnówek i Komorniki. Z przeprowadzanych analiz zawartości Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd wynika, że spożywanie części nadziemnych i podziemnych buraków ćwikłowych może negatywnie wpływać na stan zdrowia mieszkających tam ludzi.The work included issues related to the analysis of the current impact of the tailings pond Żelazny Most on the content of heavy metals in red beets grown in home gardens located in the villages of Tarnówek and Komorniki. Analyzes of the contents of Cu, Zn, Pb, Cd show that consumption of the above- and underground parts of rot beet may adversely affect the health of people living there
