The article investigates regularities of psychological perception and image constructing of Siberia by V.A. Zhukovsky and tsesarevich (crown prince) Alexander Nikolaevich during their travel across Russia in 1837. On the materials of the travelers’ letters, diaries and the 19th century periodicals, the author of the article shows the formation of two versions of Siberia’s image. Alexander Nikolayevich’s perception leant in many respects on cultural models familiar to him and provided mostly by the tradition of travel-writing ranging widely from the initiation archetypes to Russian practices of province revision. Zhukovsky, on the contrary, demonstrated the ability to separate the devices of literary travel from the circumstances of the real journey. The former he applied, when the voyage started, in his translation of the eastern story “Nala and Damaianti”. It is shown in the article that the travel of the heir to throne was a marking event and it was included in the process of symbolic annexing of the isolated territory which was typical for imperial culture of the first half of the 19th century: the discourse of Siberia which was being created in the cultural centre was subjected in a larger degree to the idea of the integral imperial space. In the heir’s notes about the travel the words of Siberians became the frame for this symbolic annexation. Seeing the future the czar for the first time on his land said: “hitherto Siberia was a peculiar land and now it became Russia”В статье исследуются закономерности психологического восприятия и образного конструирования Сибири В.А.

We report on our efforts to formulate algorithms for image signal processing with the spatially and time variant Point-Spread Function (PSF) and inhomogeneous noise of real imaging systems. In this paper we focus on application of the wavelet transform for denoising of the astronomical images with complicated conditions. They influence above all accuracy of the measurements and the new source detection ability. Our aim is to test the usefulness ofWavelet transform (as the standard image processing technique) for astronomical purposes

Immunogenetic indicators in Simmental cattle breeding

Immunogenic analysis allows to identify the genetic effect of individuals on the total gene pool of the herd and the formation of the allele pool in certain groups of animals. Of great importance is the use of data on blood types when breeding livestock along the lines, when significant genetic similarity is created within the entire population. Studies of Simmental cattle were conducted in 1995-2011. According to the results of the analyzes in the breeding herds of the “Combine” farm and the “Abodimovskiy” farm of the Saratov region, 15 of the most frequently encountered B-system alleles were identified. Comparative analysis of alleles showed that B-alleles B2G2KE'1O' (12.4%), O1I'Q' (15.2%), O3QA'2E1J2 (25.3%) are the most characteristic for the main lines and the herd as a whole. However, in the herd there are alleles that are not found in other zones - B2O1Y2D' - (2.3%), B2O3Y2A'2E2P'2Q' - (2.1%), I1E'2G"- (2.1%), Y2A'1D'E' - (1.0%). This indicates that the studied group represents a kind of population that can be attributed to the Volga zonal type. Genetic affinity between the lines, groups of bulls, families was determined on the basis of the genetic similarity index (r). An index of up to 0.5 is considered to indicate a significant genetic dissociation of the compared groups of animals, up to 0.80 - of the existing genetic differences, with above 0.80 - for the presence of genetic similarities between the compared groups of livestock. The calculations showed that there is a genetic similarity between the cows of the Florian and Fasadnik lines, as well as the Facadnik and Mergel, in the herd of the “Combine” state farm (the index value was 0.89 and 0.91) The differences were established between the animals of the Florian and the Mergel lines (r = 0.76). The high genetic similarity between the lines is due to the use of crosses between them. The homozygosity coefficient in the lines varies from 9 to 22%

© 2014 by the author(s). The article is devoted to the study of a possibility of on-line signature verification using the wavelet transform with the radial basis function. Representation of the signature in the form of function, invariant concerning a position, - the signature is replaced by a broken curve and is described using the angles between the adjacent links - is offered. Using the wavelet transforms for the signature description, comparison of expansion coefficients of functions of signatures by the radial basis function to verify signatures is described in detail. In the result of application of the offered method the magnitude of error of first kind has made 4.4%, the magnitude of error of second kind - 2.8%

© 2016 IEEE. The most important task of the modern education system is implementation of individual educational trajectory of each student. In this regard, adaptation of the educational process to personality development of each student becomes extremely necessary. One of the ways of tackling the ensuing problem is e-learning as a model of organization of interaction between the teacher, student and information technologies. Currently, there are developed plenty of distance learning courses personifying learning process. This article describes the use of e-learning courses on the example of such disciplines as 'Economic Informatics' and 'Numerical Methods', their influence on the construction of individual educational trajectory of students; as well the paper analyses the impact of e-learning courses on the quality of students' academic achievement

Nanocomposition comprised of interleukin-2 in suboptimal noneffective concentration and β-cyclodextrin was studied in vitro. This preparation as well as interleukin-2 in optimal concentration was shown to increase natural killer activity to K-562 cells and cytotoxicity of activated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) against PC-3 and DU 145 cells. At the same time β-cyclodextrin or interleukin-2 in equimolar concentrations did not influence the spontaneous killer activity of PBMC. This combination of cyclodextrin + interleukin-2 led to the decrease of interleukin-2 effective concentration by an order. This phenomenon could be explained by cyclodextrins ability to promote the formation of nanoparticles with drugs, which results in enhancing their water solubility and bioavailability. Besides, interleukine-2/β-cyclodextrin nanocomposition as opposed to interleukin-2 alone led to increasing the number of not only lymphocytes, but also macrophages contained in activated PBMC population. Application of low concentration of interleukin-2 allowing for good clinical efficiency may significantly mitigate the side effects of the drug and enable to develop adoption of immunotherapy for patients with androgen-resistant prostate cancer

© Medwell Journals, 2016.Modern cities being in competition, try to create a more attractive environment for their residents, investors, tourists and businessmen. In this study, we investigate the correlation of migration level and city attractiveness (by the example of millionaire cities of Russia). The investigation is based on the hypothesis that the higher rate of balance of migration indicates a higher level of attractiveness of the city for its residents. To verify the suggested assumption the research was conducted which was based on correlation analysis of amount of balance of migration and activities of attractiveness of the city. This method allowed to reveal the interrelation of the given characteristics of the territory. Then, we ranked the cities in the level of their socio-economic attractiveness
