Application des diodes laser infrarouges accordables à deux problématiques (la métrologie de polluants)
La spectroscopie d'absorption infrarouge par diode laser accordable permet d'allier sensibilitĂ©, sĂ©lectivitĂ© et rĂ©solution temporelle Ă©levĂ©es. Nous avons appliquĂ© cette technique Ă la mesure de polluants atmosphĂ©riques en traces et Ă la cinĂ©tique de rĂ©actions Ă©lĂ©mentaires en phase gazeuse. En mĂ©trologie, nous avons dĂ©veloppĂ© un protocole original et performant : mesure par augmentation de pression. Il a Ă©tĂ© appliquĂ© Ă la mesure en protoxyde d'azote, en formaldĂ©hyde, en acĂ©taldĂ©hyde et en 1,3-butadiĂšne, dans l'air ou les gaz d'Ă©chappement automobile. Ce travail reprĂ©sente un premier pas vers l'Ă©laboration d'un instrument de terrain compact et transportable. Le dispositif de cinĂ©tique, oĂč les rĂ©actions sont initiĂ©s par photolyse laser, a Ă©tĂ© validĂ© par l'Ă©tude des rĂ©actions des radicaux formyle et hydroxymĂ©thyle avec l'oxygĂšne. âAnd she flies! Beautifulâ: the dislocating geography of football sound
The overarching interest of this paper is in articulating the affective conditions of footballâs play. It undertakes this through a consideration of the sonorous dimension of football, mapping its sounds across a framework borrowed from recent writings on sound-art and sonic geography. Specifically it considers a continuum articulated by Will Scrimshaw (in relation to sound art exploring spatial notions), between sounds-of-place and sound-as-a-place. It then places sounds produced in football-play across this continuum, to see whether footballâs sonic practices can be more finely articulated through doing so, and might in turn shed light on its affective conditions
