The effect of preparation conditions on the ultrafine copper powder characteristics

    No full text
Copper is characterised by excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, very high ductility properties, but its strength characteristics are not satisfactory. The aim of the study was the preparation of the ultrafine copper powder system with 3 volume% of the secondary oxide particles in such a manner that after compacting the nanocrystalline structure of the particles of the initial powder with the main and changed without any large changes and also considering the requirement to create the suitable conditions already in the powder for ensuring suitable strength, physical and ductility properties of the final products. In the work, we analyse the effect of the conditions of mechanical-chemical method of preparation of the morphology and structural parameters of the particles of the powder in every stage of preparationTranslated form Czech (Kovove Mater. 2001 (1) p. 11-19)Available from British Library Document Supply Centre-DSC:9023.190(10246)T / BLDSC - British Library Document Supply CentreSIGLEGBUnited Kingdo
