    Get PDF
If any country’s or region's employment structure lags behind the industrial structure adjustment, which shows that the two structures are not developing in coordination. However, the deviation degree of structure is mainly the imbalance between industrial structure and employment structure. The lag refers to the degree to which the employment structure lags behind the industrial structure in the time dimension, and when the relationship between industrial structure and employment structure is measured in terms of time. Employment lags behind time over a long horizon which in turn causes serious unemployment, and affect industrial structure adjustment and upgrade. The study construct an analysis model for the lag time of the employment structure and provide findings that will resolve the incompatible state of the two structures, and promote the healthy development of industrial structure and employment structure in Vietnam. Through the research conclusion it is revealed that, after three years, the effects of industrial structure adjustment fully reflected the change of employment structure in Vietnam. Background: This research focuses on the evaluation of the independent influence and the bidirectional interaction of some welding parameters in butt welding for the SUS 304 stainless steel thin plates using the automatic plasma welding system (450 +/- Plasma, SP7Turmatic from Lincoln). Contribution: The findings will serve as a reliable background to design the mathematical model for the prediction of the tensile strength for the plasma welding of   steel SUS 304 thin plates in terms of the nomination of the optimal process for adopting the requirement in industry. Method: The welding setting is nominated for 04 main changing parameters, such as the peak current of welding (Ih, A); the background current of welding (Ib, A); the welding speed (vh, cm/min); the feeding rate of the welding wire (vc.d, cm/min); the diameter of the wire (d = 1.0 mm); and the flow rate of the shielding gas (Gk.p, 2.0 l/min). Mathematical statistics software ANOVA using to analyze the influence of the parameters on the tensile strength of the weld as the target function. Results:  The tensile strength of the plasma welding samples is about 650 MPa at the equivalent level of the other publications. This proved the reasonable welding setting for the preliminary investigation. Conclusion: Authors proved the nomination of the main plasma welding technological parameters, such as the peak current, the background current, the welding speed, and the feeding rate of the wire, is reasonable towards the maximum tensile strength, one of the important criteria in the weld performanc

A coordinated development between industrial structure and employment structure is indeed an important problem in every country. A reasonable industrial structure can promote the benign development of employment structure, the quality of employment structure has laid a solid foundation for the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure. This paper uses discrete ratios of structure and the coordination coefficients of the industrial structure and employment structure to calculate Vietnam's industry structure and employment structure coordination for the period of 1995-2013. The results have shown that the Vietnamese industry structure and employment structure from 1995 to 2013 is in a state of imbalance. The overall coordination is bad. Coordination coefficients are showing obvious changes in volatility. Keywords: Industrial structure, Employment structure, Coordinate analysi

The interaction mechanism between industrial structure and employment structure has great importance in the development of any economy. But it always needs a constant vigilance to adjust and evolve which promotes the economic development of a country. This study tries to find out the optimization correlation between industrial structure and employment structure in Vietnam for the period of 1995-2014. This study has found that labor is moving gradually from low efficiency production section to high efficiency production section. This paper uses the vector auto-regression model (VAR) to forecast industrial structure and employment structure change trend in Vietnam for 2015-2020. The forecasted results show that industrial structure trend is moving towards higher progression, eventually transforming to "321" pattern. However, the change in employment structure lags behind changes in the industrial structure as labor structure is showing a "132" pattern. An efficient adaptive fuzzy hierarchical sliding mode control strategy for 6 degrees of freedom overhead crane

    Get PDF
The paper proposes a new approach to efficiently control a three-dimensional overhead crane with 6 degrees of freedom (DoF). Most of the works proposing a control law for a gantry crane assume that it has five output variables, including three positions of the trolley, bridge, and pulley and two swing angles of the hoisting cable. In fact, the elasticity of the hoisting cable, which causes oscillation in the cable direction, is not fully incorporated into the model yet. Therefore, our work considers that six under-actuated outputs exist in a crane system. To design an efficient controller for the 6 DoF crane, it first employs the hierarchical sliding mode control approach, which not only guarantees stability but also minimizes the sway and oscillation of the overhead crane when it transports a payload to a desired location. Moreover, the unknown and uncertain parameters of the system caused by its actuator nonlinearity and external disturbances are adaptively estimated and inferred by utilizing the fuzzy inference rule mechanism, which results in efficient operations of the crane in real time. More importantly, stabilization of the crane controlled by the proposed algorithm is theoretically proved by the use of the Lyapunov function. The proposed control approach was implemented in a synthetic environment for the extensive evaluation, where the obtained results demonstrate its effectiveness. © 2022 by the authors. BackgroundDengue is a mosquito-borne flavivirus present in many metropolitan cities of tropical countries.MethodsDuring and after the dengue season (September 2018 to January 2019), we conducted a case-control study in order to determine the risk factors for dengue fever in Hanoi city, Vietnam. 98 dengue patients and 99 patients with other acute infections, such as Hepatitis B virus infection, were recruited at Department of Infectious Disease of Bach Mai national hospital in Hanoi. Patients were interviewed using a structured questionnaire covering demographic, housing, environmental factors and knowledge, attitude, and practice on dengue prevention and control. Univariate analysis and multivariable logistic regression were used to determine the risk factors of dengue status.ResultsThe mean score of knowledge items and practice items was only 7.9 out of total 19 points and 3.9 out of total 17 points, respectively. While the mean score of attitude items was 4.8 out of total 6 points. Multivariable logistic regression indicated that older patients had lesser risk of getting dengue infection as compared to younger adults aged 16-30, and patients living in peri-urban districts were less likely to suffer of dengue fever than patients living in central urban districts (OR=0.31; 95% CI 0.13-0.75). This study could not find any association with occupation, water storage habit, knowledge, attitude, or practice on dengue prevention.ConclusionsAll patients had a relatively low level of knowledge and practice on dengue prevention and control. However, the attitude of the participants was good. We found that age group and living district were the risk factors correlated with the dengue status. Communication programs on raising dengue awareness should be repeated all year round and target particular groups of adolescents, younger adults, landlords and migrants from other provinces to improve their knowledge and encourage them to implement preventive measures against dengue fever
