Optimization of an educational organization management based on the assignment management system implementation

    No full text
At present, there is an a1cute problem of the low efficiency of handling assignments in the management processes of educational organizations. This is due to a number of factors, including: incorrect formulation of tasks by managers, failure to comply with the established deadlines, inconsistency of the results with the tasks set, unsatisfactory staff compliance with assignment fulfillment regulations, etc. The introduction and further use of the assignment management system based on information analysis technologies with the inclusion of an analytical module into the structure of the information management system of an educational organization can serve to efficiently solve the indicated problems. Considering the current global trends in the development of information technology, this approach is very relevant and in demand, since the use of information technology in the form of an assignments management system allows for efficient communication between managers and subordinate employees. The article discusses the issues of improving the management activities of an organization through the use of an information and analytical system. The role of information technologies in the processes of educational organizations has been investigated. The existing software products used to work with assignments have been analyzed. The procedure for working with the assignment management system is presented. The statistical data on the use of the information-analytical system in practice are presented

The influence of the components of the abrasive tool formulation and the technology of mixing the components on physical and mechanical properties is discussed in the article. The technology for the manufacture of a ceramic-bond abrasive tool is presented. The main factors that determine the properties of an abrasive tool are described. The data used in the calculation of the formulation are analyzed, such as: type of abrasive material, grain size, hardness, type of bond, structure, filler. The importance of the process of mixing components of grinding tools at the stage of their manufacture is substantiated. The generalized statistical models of the dependence of physical and mechanical properties on the components of the formulation are presented. The model describing the abrasive mixing process is developed. Based on the results obtained, conclusions are formulated in the form of practical recommendations for improving the properties of the abrasive wheel based on the selection of the components of the formulation and the technology of their mixing

Traditionally, in any country, mining industry is a strategic sector of the economy, for the development of which a large amount of resources necessary for the production of modern mining equipment, machinery and mechanisms are allocated. In recent years, a steady trend of technical re-equipment of mining enterprises is noted. This measure allows improving labor productivity and increasing the depth of mining due to the modernization of the existing mining equipment and the introduction of the new one; key attention being paid to the quality and reliability of the equipment produced. The current situation of the domestic mining machinery manufacturing market clearly demonstrates a strong dependence on foreign suppliers. In this case, a competent approach to the issues of import substitution in the industry, providing for the development and production of competitive domestic mining equipment that meets all the requirements and expectations of consumers, is urgently needed. As a rule, manufacturers of mining equipment use the entire machinery manufacturing cycle, ranging from blanking and to product assembly. At all stages of manufacturing, it is necessary to follow part processing technology, providing for the assurance of the required surface roughness, surface layer properties and other quality indicators. All this can be provided by a promising method of part processing – tumbling

The Influence of Tthe Grinding Grains Shape and Orientation on Performance of Coated Abrasive Tools

    No full text
The issues of the influence of the orientation and shape of grinding grains of coated abrasive tools on their basic performance characteristics are considered in the article. The advantages of machining with flexible grinding tools are listed. The features of the abrasive grains contained in tools on a flexible basis are presented. The low efficiency of using standard tools is justified. A method is described for increasing the efficiency of the grinding process with tools on a flexible basis due to an integrated approach to the design of new tool designs. It is proposed to use abrasive grains of a given shape and oriented in a certain way relative to the surface of the tool base. The main stages of work related to the development of new tool designs and studies of their operational characteristics are presented. Experimental data of the dependencies of cutting capability, wear, temperature in the cutting zone, power spent on cutting, and the cut surface quality on the shape and the orientation angle of grinding grains are presented. Practical recommendations for the application of tools containing in their structure certain varieties of grinding grains are proposed

Influence of Shape and Orientation of Grinding Grains on Their Cutting Capacity

    No full text
The issues of the influence of orientation and the shape of abrasive grains on one of their most important operational characteristics - cutting ability, and also on cutting properties of tools made of them, are considered in the article. Modern approaches to cutting capacity assessment, of both single grains, and loose abrasive mass are analyzed. The original method for the assessment of cutting capacity of a single grinding grain fixed in a rotating disk, implemented in surface grinding, is presented. The experimental data of the dependence of the cutting capacity on the shape and the orientation angle of the grinding grains are presented. In addition, the influence of the shape factor of the flap grinding wheel grains on its cutting capacity is shown. Practical recommendations on the application in practice of various varieties of grinding grains are proposed
