    Pareto Optimality of Centralized Procurement Based on Genetic Algorithm

    In the process of purchasing materials, small enterprises are often unable to meet the minimum availability of suppliers in the process of purchasing due to the lack of economic strength and storage capacity of goods. Therefore, they will encounter difficulties in the process of purchasing.To solve this problem, the group-led centralized procurement strategy for small enterprises has become a new craze. In this paper, we transform the problem of centralized procurement lot into a multi-objective optimization problem by establishing a multi-objective optimization model with cost, quality and logistics as sub-objectives, and use genetic algorithms to solve the multi-objective optimization problem in order to achieve Pareto optimality among each purchaser and supplier. Finally, an example of procurement by the China Energy Investment Corporation is used to verify that the multi-objective optimization model for the collection of lots constructed in this paper can effectively promote the cooperation between purchasers and suppliers, and stimulate the competitive vitality of enterprises in the market

    Practice Study on Operation Evaluation and Limitation for Merchant Ships in Polar Water

    All environmental hazards impact safety for polar ships, especially polar merchant ship with light ice-class. In order to provide a systematic guidance to deal with any situation during polar operation, International Maritime Organization (IMO) raised mandatory requirements of “Polar Water Operation Manual”(PWOM) in Polar Code. This paper focuses on how to determinate operational evaluation and limitation for the PWOM, which is an important measure to avoid polar ships exceeding operational capability. Features of polar navigation are summarized based on the former polar navigation experience, and typical risk model is set up to describe the process of operation evaluation. The operational limitation is analyzed to indicate the actual capability and limitation as the ship encounters unexpected incident in polar waters. In conclusion, the operation procedure is studied to give a detailed technical proposals for the whole polar operation, which is the main component of PWOM. The outcome may provide helpful to arctic shipping of merchant ships

    Research on Temperature Field of the Support Structure for the Independent LNG Tank

    The independent LNG (Liquified Nature Gas) containment is widely used for small or medium-sized LNG carrier and ship using LNG as fuels. The common tank pattern includes single-spherical-cylindrical tank and double-spherical-cylindrical tank, which is the key to design the hull structure and its support. The support is designed to connect the hull structure and LNG tank. Its main functions are heat transferring and force loading. This paper focus on the temperature field distribution of hull and its support structure. The thermal boundary conditions are simulated according to the heat transfer action, such as thermal convection, heat conduction and thermal radiation. The method on how to carry out thermal analysis is presented for an independent LNG containment. The case study is carried out with two typical independent LNG tanks. One is a tank with double spherical cylindrical in the LNG carrier, and the other is a tank with single spherical cylindrical on the deck of the ship using LNG as fuels. The result shows the method presented in this paper is a good reference for the structural design with independent LNG containment

    A Hybrid Algorithm of Traffic Accident Data Mining on Cause Analysis

    Road traffic accident databases provide the basis for road traffic accident analysis, the data inside which usually has a radial, multidimensional, and multilayered structure. Traditional data mining algorithms such as association rules, when applied alone, often yield uncertain and unreliable results. An improved association rule algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) put forward by this paper can be used to analyze the correlation between accident attributes and causes. The new algorithm focuses on characteristics of the hyperstereo structure of road traffic accident data, and the association rules of accident causes can be calculated more accurately and in higher rates. A new concept of Association Entropy is also defined to help compare the importance between different accident attributes. T-test model and Delphi method were deployed to test and verify the accuracy of the improved algorithm, the result of which was a ten times faster speed for random traffic accident data sampling analyses on average. In the paper, the algorithms were tested on a sample database of more than twenty thousand items, each with 56 accident attributes. And the final result proves that the improved algorithm was accurate and stable

    Dynamic spin-lattice coupling and nematic fluctuations in NaFeAs

    We use inelastic neutron scattering to study acoustic phonons and spin excitations in single crystals of NaFeAs, a parent compound of iron pnictide superconductors. NaFeAs exhibits a tetragonal-to-orthorhombic structural transition at Ts58T_s\approx 58 K and a collinear antiferromagnetic (AF) order at TN45T_N\approx 45 K. While longitudinal and out-of-plane transverse acoustic phonons behave as expected, the in-plane transverse acoustic phonons reveal considerable softening on cooling to TsT_s, and then harden on approaching TNT_N before saturating below TNT_N. In addition, we find that spin-spin correlation lengths of low-energy magnetic excitations within the FeAs layer and along the cc-axis increase dramatically below TsT_s, and show weak anomaly across TNT_N. These results suggest that the electronic nematic phase present in the paramagnetic tetragonal phase is closely associated with dynamic spin-lattice coupling, possibly arising from the one-phonon-two-magnon mechanism

    Early warning analysis of mountain flood disaster based on Copula function risk combination

    Mountain torrent disaster prevention is the focus of flood control and disaster reduction in China. Critical rainfall is an important indicator to determine the success or failure of mountain torrent disaster early warning. In this paper, the M-Copula function is introduced, the multi-dimensional joint distribution of critical rainfall is constructed, and the joint distribution of rainfall and peak rainfall intensity is analyzed. Taking A village in Xinxian County as an example. The critical rainfall of the combined probability is calculated, and the critical rainfall of the flash flood disaster water level, the pre-shift warning and the sharp-shift warning is warned and analyzed. The results show that the flood peak modulus calculated by Yishangfan group is 8.89, which has certain rules for the flood peak modulus of rivers in hilly areas. The larger the basin area is, the smaller the flood peak modulus is, the smaller the area is, and the larger the flood peak modulus is. The calculation result of the design flow of 533 m3/s is reasonable. It is reasonable and reliable to select the M-Copula function as the connection function to fit the joint distribution of rainfall and peak rainfall intensity, which can provide theoretical support for flash flood disaster warning in other regions

    Gut microbiome is associated with metabolic syndrome accompanied by elevated gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase in men

    It is predicted that by 2035, metabolic syndrome (MS) will be found in nearly more than half of our adult population, seriously affecting the health of our body. MS is usually accompanied by the occurrence of abnormal liver enzymes, such as elevated gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT). More and more studies have shown that the gut microbiota is involved in MS; however, the correlation between gut microbiota and MS with elevated GGT has not been studied comprehensively. Especially, there are few reports about its role in the physical examination of the population of men with MS and elevated GGT. By using the whole-genome shotgun sequencing technology, we conducted a genome-wide association study of the gut microbiome in 66 participants diagnosed as having MS accompanied by high levels of GGT (case group) and 66 participants with only MS and normal GGT level (control group). We found that the number of gut microbial species was reduced in participants in the case group compared to that of the control group. The overall microbial composition between the two groups is of significant difference. The gut microbiota in the case group is characterized by increased levels of “harmful bacteria” such as Megamonas hypermegale, Megamonas funiformis, Megamonas unclassified, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Fusobacterium mortiferum and decreased levels of “beneficial bacteria” such as Faecalibacterium prausnitzii, Eubacterium eligens, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium pseudocatenulatum, Bacteroides dorei, and Alistipes putredinis. Moreover, the pathways of POLYAMSYN-PWY, ARG+POLYAMINE-SYN, PWY-6305, and GOLPDLCAT-PWY were also increased in the case group, which may play a role in the elevation of GGT by producing amine, polyamine, putrescine, and endogenous alcohol. Taken together, there are apparent changes in the composition of the gut microbiome in men with MS and abnormal GGT levels, and it is high time to discover specific gut microbiome as a potential therapeutic target in that population. More in-depth studies of relevant mechanism could offer some new methods for the treatment of MS with elevated GGT
