    Penelitian ini membahas “Peran Media Komunikasi untuk Mendukung Efektivitas Organisasi di PT Yuasa Battery Indonesia, Tangerang-Banten”. Adapun tujuannya, untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis media komunikasi yang digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan komunikasi baik dalam lingkungan internal maupun eksternal. Hubungan komunikasi yang terjadi merupakan suatu proses dari suatu keinginan masing-masing individu untuk memperoleh suatu hasil yang nyata dan dapat memberikan manfaat untuk kehidupan yang berkelanjutan. Kehidupan organisasi tidak mungkin dipisahkan dari komunikasi efektif. Komunikasi efektif tergantung pada kemampuannya menjawab dan mengantisipasi perubahan lingkungan luar organisasi sesuai dengan perkembangan internal organisasi itu sendiri. Disamping itu, komunikasi didasari beberapa perspektif dalam pengembangannya sehingga berperan penting dalam organisasi. Oleh sebab itu dalam penelitian ini memaparkan media komunikasi, kelebihan dan kekurangan serta hambatan dalam penggunaanya serta melihat seberapa jauh efektivitasnya dalam mendukung organisasi/perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Media Komunikasi, Efektivitas, Organisas

    Salah satu tugas sekretaris dalam melaksanakan instruksi adalah melakukan persiapan perjalanan dinas pimpinan, karena perjalanan dinas merupakan salah satu aktivitas organisasi atau perusahaan yang sering dilakukan pimpinan. Agar perjalanan dinas dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien, maka perlu dilakukan penjadwalan dan pengaturan pada perjalanan dinas tersebut, sehingga pekerjaan pimpinan tidak terbengkalai hanya karena kesalahan dalam menyusun jadwal atau tidak adanya jadwal yang digunakan sebagai acuan pelaksanaan perjalanan dinas. Mengatur dan menyiapkan perjalanan dinas pimpinan meliputi,mempersiapkan segala sesuatu, mulai dari dokumen yang dibutuhkan pimpinandalam perjalanannya, konfirmasi tiket dan hotel, pembuatan jadwal perjalanan,sampai segala sesuatu yang dapat menunjang keberhasilan dan kenyamanan pimpinan dalam perjalanan dinasnya.  Kata Kunci   : Peran Sekretaris Dalam Menangani Perjalanan Dinas Pimpina

    Changes in technology are very fast, ultimately making public transport business competition tougher and demanding the creativity of business actors. The presence of an application-based transportation mode has finally become the community's choice and shifts conventional transportation service providers. With a variety of conveniences including costs that are already known at the beginning of the order, making people feel comfortable with the services provided, then provides options for the public in using transportation services and provides income changes for online transportation-based motorcycle taxi drivers.This study aims to examine the direct impact of the presence of application-based modes of transportation that can change people's choices to switch from conventional modes of transportation to application-based modes of transportation and to determine the impact of changes in community choices on driver income. This research method uses quantitative methods, namely research methods based on the philosophy of positivism. The sampling technique was carried out randomly from the population. The data was collected by using a research instrument with a questionnaire distributed to respondents. This research uses path analysis test.Application-based mode of transportation (X) has a significant influence on people's choice in determining the mode of transportation (Y), is 27.1%, the remaining 72.9% is influenced by other variables. Variables X and Y have a significant effect on the income of online motorcycle taxi drivers (Z). While the coefficients (R Square) were 0.334 or 33.4%,this means that the influence of the application-based mode of transportation variable through the choice of the community in determining the mode of transportation on the income of online motorcycle taxi drivers is 33.4%, the remaining 66.6% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.The importance of upgrading technology so that the online motorcycle taxi application will further improve driver performance, increase consumer satisfaction and this mode of transportation is always the people's choice.Keywords: Mode of Transportation, Civil Preference, Driver's Incom

Bagi seorang sekretaris, telepon merupakan piranti pokok guna mendukung efektivitas dan efisiensi kerjanya. Dengan telepon, informasi dapat disampaikan dan diterima dengan cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui peran sekretaris dalam penanganan telepon yang dilakukan  dan hambatan-hambatan yang sering terjadi pada saat berkomunikasi melalui telepon pada Kantor Kedeputian Standar Nasional Satuan Ukuran di Badan Standardisasi Nasional, Puspiptek-Tangerang Selatan. Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan metode observasi melalui wawancara dan melihat langsung kegiatan yang dilakukan. Peran sekretaris dalam penanganan telepon pada Kantor Kedeputian Standar Satuan Ukuran Di Badan Standardisasi Nasional, memegang peranan yang penting dan dapat menentukan berhasil dan tidaknya tujuan perusahaan. Pentingnya peran sekretaris seorang sekretaris tentunya sesuai dengan jabatan sekretaris pada masing masing kantor. Adapun hambatan yang sering terjadi dalam penanganan telepon antara lain kondisi peralatan, faktor pemakaian dan kesalahpahaman dalam bertelepon. The author is interested in conducting research on "The Role of Salesmen in Building Service Excellence at PT Garuda Teknik Indonesia, considering that Indonesia has a large market and has a fierce level of competition from many similar companies operating in Indonesia, therefore to be able to compete in the market, service Excellence practices are needed in all aspects of the sales process. In this Qualitative research the author used the observation method, and conducted several interviews with customers, besides that the author was also involved in the negotiation process, receiving orders and final delivery of goods, so that feedback from customers and the process from the beginning of the sale to the final delivery of the products can be clearly observed. several constraints were found, such as when consumers buy products in very large quantities and demand fast delivery times, the stock was not sufficient to supply the order, so PT Garuda Teknik had to send some of its products from  the factory in Malaysia and the delivery  from Malaysia to Indonesia takes at least 2 weeks, on the other hand consumers demand that the company should send in a short time. in addition, the increasing number of competitors, such as distributors from China, who offer lower product prices than those offered by PT Garuda Teknik could be a threat to the company's existence considering that many consumers prefer to buy products at low prices.
