    Pradnyana Artha Mandiri Money Changer, who amidst the many existing competitions, is still able to survive. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect partially and simultaneously job satisfaction and job stress on employee turnover intention at PT. Pradnyana Artha Mandiri Money Changer in Kuta, Badung. The population in this study was all employees of PT. Pradnyana Artha Mandiri Money Changer in Kuta, Badung, totaling 35 people. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique where the entire population is sampled. After the instrument test and classical assumption test were carried out, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test, and F test. The results of the analysis showed that job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction and job stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Pradnyana Artha Mandiri Money Changer in Kuta, Badung.
