PRODUCTION PROCESS OF ZIGZAG CORRIGATED FILLER OF MULTILAYER PANELS

There two flow charts of production of zigzag corrigation in the thin-sheet metal have been developed. The design procedure of variables of shape-forming process has been made, the experimental evaluation of flow charts has been performed. The facilities, the test equipment and the quantity of prototypes of multilayer panels with the given curvature, with the changing height as well as the multi-tier constructions have been produced. It is anticipated to use the structural schemes, the flow charts, the test equipment and the facilities in the production of aircraft engines.
