    Single coronary artery from the right sinus of Valsalva

    We describe a case of a single coronary artery originating from the right coronary sinus and bifurcating into the left coronary artery (LCA) and right coronary artery (RCA) in a 74-year old woman, with a non-ST elevation acute myocardial infarction (NSTEMI). Diagnosis was made by coronary angiography which ruled out stenosis, and showed normal LCA and RCA branching. The connection path of LCA, with the opposite cusp, was defined retroaortic by multislice computed tomography (CT). The variants of this coronary anomaly, together with their clinical implications and pathophysiology of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) are discussed.     Customer emotions in service failure and recovery encounters

    Emotions play a significant role in the workplace, and considerable attention has been given to the study of employee emotions. Customers also play a central function in organizations, but much less is known about customer emotions. This chapter reviews the growing literature on customer emotions in employee–customer interfaces with a focus on service failure and recovery encounters, where emotions are heightened. It highlights emerging themes and key findings, addresses the measurement, modeling, and management of customer emotions, and identifies future research streams. Attention is given to emotional contagion, relationships between affective and cognitive processes, customer anger, customer rage, and individual differences
