Use of Zoledronic Acid in Paediatric Craniofacial Fibrous Dysplasia

We describe a case of a paediatric patient affected by mandibular fibrous dysplasia (FD) with severe and chronic pain who was successfully treated with zoledronic acid (ZOL): a third-generation bisphosphonate.
