Bali Smart Island: Smart City Implementation in Bali Province
This study aims to explore and examine SPBE Towards Bali Smart Island in the Provincial Government of Bali. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method with an inductive approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. The results showed that SPBE towards Bali Smart Island has been going well and has implemented smart city development. However, ASN’s digital literacy and competence are still weak, post-pandemic regional budgets are not stable, cyberattacks, and the large number of application systems built by the center and each region are obstacles to implementing SPBE Towards Bali Smart Island. Strategies that can be implemented to overcome the obstacles encountered in implementing SPBE towards Bali Smart Island include: collaborating with pentahelix elements to hold local, national and global scale activities and events based on digital technology scale such as the Bali Digital Festival which is held every year; encouraging international investors to develop the digital technology industry in Bali so as to have a domino effect in developing smart city dimensions in realizing Bali Smart Island; forming an internal audit/assessor team to carry out periodic assessments related to SPBE development so as to create strong control and evaluation; optimizing the Cyber Lantern program using social media platforms in the form of providing training and sharing knowledge related to the use of digital technology, data security, technology ethics and so on as a medium for increasing digital literacy; forming the SPBE Forum throughout the Province of Bali to form integrated development of the Bali Smart Island program and hold training on the use of certified digital technology
MENAKAR KESUKSESAN APLIKASI LAYANAN SIPKD DI SEKRETARIAT DPRD KABUPATEN BULELENG
Aplikasi layanan SIPKD merupakan aplikasi yang memudahkan dalam melakukan input data. Sebagai perkembangan teknologi informasi aplikasi ini memudahkan dalam pelaporan keuangan negara. Melalui aplikasi dapat merespon disrupsi teknolgi sehingga tidak kesulitan dalam membuat pelaporan mulai perencanaan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Jenis penelitian menggunakan data kualitatif. Metode penelitian kualitatif memiliki dasar deskriptif guna memahami suatu fenomena dengan lebih mendalam. Penelitian kualitatif menggunakan landasan teori sebagai panduan untuk memfokuskan penelitian, serta menonjolkan proses dan makna yang terdapat dalam fenomena tersebut. Adapun informan dalam penelitian berjumlah 5 informan. Data bersumber dari hasil wawancara mendalam di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Buleleng. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa aplikasi layanan SIKPD sangat membantu dalam pelaporan keuangan negara, namun masih terdapat hambatan dalam pengoperasian layanan ini dikarenakan, kendala sinyal, kemudian SDM yang masih perlu pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kemahiran dalam menerapkan aplikasi ini. Masih perlu pelatihan dalam menggunakan aplikasi ini. Selain itu pula peran dan dukungan pemerintah dan anggota dalam melakukan input data harus displin sehingga tidak ada yang tidak tercatat. Kesimpulan hasil wawancara bahwa penerapan yang dilakukan sesuai harapan, dan ketepatan laporan di kumpul tepat waktu walaupun SDM belum maksimal menggunakan aplikasi dalam melakukan input data. Sehingga direkomendasi untuk dilakukan pelatihan mengenai penggunakan aplikasi layanan SIPK
DIGITAL MARKETING: ENGAGING CONSUMERS WITH SMART DIGITAL MARKETING CONTENT
The accelerated development of digital technology is currently affected by several factors such as the use of internet technology, the development of smartphones, the emergence of various social media, the development of e-commerce and the large number of people who actively use the internet. This study aimed to find a suitable marketing strategy for promoting food products by observing the development of digital marketing, especially today’s social media marketing. Bali was well known as one of the destinations visited by local and International tourists. One restaurant located in Kuta called Maisyaroh, in spite of the advancement of digital technology, had not optimized the use of the technology well. Whereas, it actually could affect the competitive advantages. In addition, a qualitative descriptive approach was used in this research, while the data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews by using Zoom Meeting and documentation. The results stated that promotion using Instagram (IG) endorsement and paid promote could increase brand awareness and buying interest
Employee Perception of Brand Value in the Jewelry Industry
This study aims to discuss the brand value proposed by John Hardy and, as jewelryretail, it can be seen from each of these brand values. This study uses a qualitativemethod with the interview technique or open questionnaire for gaining all employeesin the sales department of John Hardy, Indonesia. The data were collected andanalyzed by first reducing and presenting the data and finally concluding.Triangulation was also done to get the trustworthiness (data validity) so that it isexpected to provide valid data for research. It shows that community, artisanship, and sustainability are much linked to the brand, and it is also tied together as well as being implemented. For that reason, John Hardy is required to know how to deliver the information correctly to the customer, mention the company's history, the value, and DNA (deoxyribonu-cleic acid) as the individual blueprint of every living thing, which makes it unique in the company
Mobile payment transaction on MSMEs
The rapid development of technology is driving changes in payment systems in transactions. One payment system is a payment system using a smartphone called Mobile Payment. We can pay attention to Mobile Payment service providers in Indonesia starting to target MSMEs as their target market. This is a very appropriate step considering a large number of MSMEs in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the acceptance of Mobile Payment at MSMEs. By investigating the factors that influence the intention to use Mobile Payment. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and interpretive through observation, documentation, and interviews with informants. The informants in this study were the MSMEs Owner and Managers in Denpasar. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that Mobile Payment has not been fully accepted by MSMEs in Denpasar. Consumers use Mobile Payment because they have partnered with the application, if for offline shopping consumers rarely use and use more cash. The results showed the Perception of Usefulness, Perception of Ease, Perception of Comfort, and Social Influence affect the acceptance of Mobile Payment at MSMEs in Denpasar
Digital Marketing Strategy for Balinese Handicrafts Facing the Metaverse Era
The Internet has become a basic need for every individual. Especially now, the world is preparing for the metaverse era. Many segments that have experienced a shift in conventional activities have now switched to digital systems. This article aims to determine the digital marketing strategy for Balinese handicrafts in the new average era and whether the digital marketing strategy can increase sales of Balinese handicrafts in the new middle era after the pandemic Covid-19. In this study, the researcher used qualitative research with a phenomenological exploration approach using the sampling technique of snowball sampling and saturation. This study shows that perpetrators of MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) in Bali have used digital marketing in marketing. The digital media used by these MSME actors are Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. By utilizing the Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp applications as media for digital marketing strategies for handicrafts, MSME actors in Bali have increased sales of handicraft products, especially in the new normal era
Assessing depth of optimization digital samsat program (e-samsat) in Bali province
This research describes the optimization of the Samsat digital program which has been tested in seven provinces in Indonesia, one of which is in the Province of Bali, Badung Regency. Digital Samsat hereinafter referred to as e-Samsat (Samsat electronics). The launch of the Samsat digital program is aimed at increasing the ease of paying motor vehicle tax for taxpayers. The implementation of the Samsat digital program is a form of information technology innovation in government programs in the industrial revolution 4.0 era. The application of this program is also to realize e-government and good governance. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of digital Samsat in the community and to determine the factors that influence the Samsat digital program. This research is a qualitative study conducted at the office of UPT Bapenda in Badung Regency (Samsat Office, Mengwi). The sampling technique for selecting informants in this study used a purposive sampling method. The instrument used in this study was using structured interviews, direct observation at the research location, and using supporting documents in the form of books and previous research about the same field study with this research
LIKA LIKU IMPLEMENTASI E-PROCUREMENT DI ERA NEW NORMAL
The e-Procurement policy is one of the e-Government implementations in the context of realizing Good Governance. The research objective was to determine the twists and turns of e-procurement implementation in the new normal era in Buleleng Regency. This is a descriptive qualitative research, which collects data through in-depth interviews with several informants, both key informants and supporting informants. The results of the study explain the twists and turns of the implementation of E-Procurement in the Secta of Buleleng Regency starting in 2012 with several changes that occurred in 2014, 2016, 2017 and the last change occurred in 2018. The implementation of e-Procurement in 2018 experienced quite a maximum change compared to the previous year. The impact of the implementation of e-Procurement in the perspective of Good Governance in the new normal era is that all parties involved in the process of procuring goods / services will maximize the use of e-Procurement. Before and after this pandemic the use of E-Procurement continued smoothly without any obstacles. Only in clarifying it is still difficult because it cannot meet face to face and belief in evidence cannot be accounted for
The use of instagram in coffee shop
The sophistication of technology such as smartphones that everyone had, it makes start-up entrepreneurs use it very well. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of Instagram on the Coffee Shop "Ngocok Es Kopi".The results showed that the number of active users of the Instagram platform in Indonesia was dominated by 18-31 years old user groups. This is a strong reason for marketing Ngocok Es Kopi chose to use Instagram because the group is by market segmentation. The Instagram platform is very helpful for introducing products to consumers. Showing photos of the Ngocok Es Kopi products that look fresh and added with the eccentric tagline on the glass packaging, this gives a distinctive impression and makes potential consumers curious to try the product. Strategies are taken to increase the number of followers by giving them prizes in the form of discounts or free drinks on the condition that they have to follow the Instagram account of Ngocok Es Kopi, and give away by taking part in quizzes conducted by Ngocok Es Kopi
