The Attitudes of Social Responsibility Students at JUST Towards Voluntary Work and the Challenges They Face

The study aimed to reveal the attitudes of social responsibility students at JUST toward voluntary work and the challenges they face in practicing it. The researcher used a descriptive survey method and a questionnaire as a study tool. The study sample consisted of (400) students. The results of the study indicated that the attitudes of social responsibility students at JUST toward voluntary work and the challenges they face in practicing it was “ high”, and the most important challenges that students face in practicing voluntary work are as follows: the time of volunteering interfered with the time of study, the poor economic level of some student families, the weak contribution of courses to the preparation of student leaders who lead voluntary work. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the responses of the respondents on the attitudes of students of social responsibility attributable to the effect of the gender variable in favor of the female students, and the are no statistically significant differences attributed to the effect of the number of members of the population. The Degree of Schools Principals Practice of Spiritual Leadership and its Relation to the Level of Teachers Job Performance in Bani Obaid District

The study aims at identifying the degree of school principals practice of spiritual leadership and its relationship to the level of job performance of teachers. The descriptive-relational approach was used. The study sample consisted of (350) male and female teachers divided into 4 components (paragraph 2) as an electronic questionnaire for the study, the leadership tool was used, Spiritual (to see, hope and faith, love and altruism, advocacy and membership), and the second axis paragraphs areas of job performance (inclusiveness, quality of work, and quantity of work). The outcome shows that the promotion of the spiritual leadership of the managers came medium and for all its dimensions as it came in the first place in the dimension of hope and faith, followed by the dimension of the membership, and the last rank came with the advocacy of a moderate degree, it also came to the level Work, the last rank after comprehensiveness and clarity. The study advocates principals of schools to training programs and awareness workshops to introduce them to the concept of spiritual leadership, its characteristics, and its importance in improving the level of job performance of teachers

Hybrid learning: An Introduction to Keeping Pace with Educational Development

In light of the growth of necessary technological tools, hybrid education has become one of the necessities of the digital age, the study aimed to consider the method that can be used to provide high-quality hybrid education, the descriptive survey method was used, the study sample consisted of (850) male and female teachers, the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, the results showed that the evaluation of all parties involved in hybrid education is modest, and according to the results, the results showed that higher education will be facilitated through the constructive contributions made by the parties to the strong IT infrastructure and quality, based on the findings, the researcher recommends Facilitating higher education through constructive contributions made by parties to strong IT infrastructure and quality

Coexistence skills among mothers of children with multiple disabilities in the northern region of Jordan (IRBID)

The study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral counseling program to develop the coping skills of mothers of children with multiple disabilities in the northern region of Jordan(IRBID), to achieve the objectives of the study, a quasi-experimental approach was used. The study sample consisted of (24) mothers, the results showed that the coping skills of mothers of children with disabilities, the multiple disabilities were all moderate, and no statistically significant differences appeared between the average scores of the experimental group in the post and follow-up measurements
