Major General Dana orders the 9th, 10th, 11th, 12, and 13th Regiments of Indiana Volunteer Cavalry to leave for Nashville and report to Major General Rosseau for immediate service before they can complete preparations and secure equipment. The Ordnance and Quartermaster's Departments will provide arms and transportation. Brigadier General H. B.
