    The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Women Executive on the bank performance of banking firms listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period of 2010- 2019. Independent variables used in this study is women executive which is measured with female CEO. Dependent variable used in this study is bank performance which is measured with Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). This study also uses control variables including board of commissioner size, the proportion of foreign commissioner, the proportion of independent commissioner, firm size, firm growth, dividend policy, firm age, Net Performing Loan (NPL), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The data used in this study is taken from annual report of banking firms that are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010-2019. The sampling method of this study is purposive sampling. The research model used is unbalanced panel data with Random Effect Model approach. The results obtained from this research is female CEO has significant effect on ROE, but does not have significant effect on ROA. &nbsp

    Is The Rights Offering Announcement Good or Bad?

    This study aims to determine changes in market reactions on the rights offering based on the purpose of investment and debt repayments. This research indicator uses abnormal return and trading volume activity. The research observation period was carried out 5 days before and 5 days after the effective date with the object of research being all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2019 period. The samples collected were 42 companies using the purposive sampling technique. Testing the data using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and paired sample T-test. The test results show that the rights issue for investment purposes has differences in abnormal returns and trading volume activity around the effective date. Meanwhile, there were no differences in abnormal returns and trading volume activity around the effective date for restructuring purposes. From these results, investors are recommended to look at the purpose of using company funds to improve the quality of investment decision-making

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), firm size, and dividend policy on firm value in 100 non-financial companies in Asia that are included in the Forbes version of The World's Biggest Public Company in 2017-2020. The independent variables used in this study are Good Corporate Governance (GCG) (number of the board of directors and audit committee), Firm Size (total assets), and dividend policy (Dividend Payout Ratio). The dependent variable used in this study is firm value (Tobins'Q). The source of data used in this study is secondary data sourced from annual reports and company financial statements for the 2017-2020 period. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique. The model used in this study is the Random Effect Model (REM). The results obtained are that the variables of the board of directors, audit committee, and firm size have no effect on firm value, while the dividend policy variable has a positive effect on firm value.     The Effect Of Working Capital Management To Financial Performance Of The Company In Manufacturing Sector Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange (Idx) Pe-riod 2013-2016

    This study aims to determine the effect of working capital management proxied by 5 independent variables, namely Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Cash Ratio (Csh R), Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), Account Receivable Turnover (ARTO), and Inventory Turnover (ITO) on the company's financial performance in terms of profitability and market value which is equipped with Firm Size control variables in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2013-2016 period. The research method used is panel data regression using Random Effects Model and Fixed Effects Model. The results showed that only Csh R and CCC had a significant positive effect on Financial Performance with ROA proxy either with or without Firm Size control variables. Different results when compared to Financial Performance in terms of Tobin's market value using control variables, only (ITO) which proved to have a significant positive effect but without control variables found that (ARTO) and (ITO) also had a significant positive effect and the rest had no effect on Financial Performance manufacturing companies in the 2013-2016 period

    The Effect of Emotional Intelligence with Work-Life Balance and Burnout on Job Satisfaction

    This study aims to find the effect of Emotional Intelligence with Work-Life Balance and Burnout on Job Satisfaction. The method used is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which refers to Isaac and Michael's table so that a population of 248 respondents was obtained. The object of research in this study is a teacher at a State Vocational School in DKI Jakarta. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a modified 4-point Likert scale. The results showed that emotional intelligence had a positive effect on job satisfaction, with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which was 8.795. Work-life balance has a positive effect on job satisfaction, with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which is 3,533. Burnout has a negative effect on job satisfaction, with a t-statistical value > 1.96, which is 4.610. Emotional intelligence has a positive effect on work-life balance, with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which is 7.263. Emotional intelligence has a negative effect on Burnout, with a t-statistic value <1.96 which is 7358. Work-life balance mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which is 4,021. Burnout mediates the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction, with a t-statistic value > 1.96, which is 2.859. There is an influence of 54.7% between the dependent variable, namely emotional intelligence (X), work-life balance (Z1) and Burnout (Z2) on the dependent variable in the form of Job Satisfaction (Y)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusi dan kepemilikan keluarga terhadap diversifikasi pada perusahaan sub sektor household goods yang terdaftar di Bursa Malaysia Periode 2014-2018. Variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan institusi dan kepemilikan keluarga. Variabel terikat yang digunakan adalah diversifikasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 21 sampel dan 105 observasi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap diversifikasi pada segmen geografis, kepemilikan institusi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap diversifikasi pada segmen unit bisnis, dan kepemilikan keluarga memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan pada segmen geografis

    Nowadays, solid and transparent soap is often used as a display of wedding souvenirs, air freshener, and handicrafts. With the presence of a solid and transparent soap in very unique display and interesting this can make the soap is sold at a relatively more expensive price in the market. Regarding with the development of solid soap products that can produce several good benefits, this activity needs to be trained, developed and empowered to the parties who have the potential to produce these products. One of the parties that has the potential to be trained is the housewives in the PKK group (Family Welfare Empowerment) at Rawamangun, East Jakarta. This community service activity is done by using lecture and simulation/demonstration method through innovative product development of souvenir soap by using palm cooking oil. The results of the training show the enthusiasm and willingness of the participants to be able to perform individually in the manufacture of solid soap souvenir products and they can produce in large quantities. With this training, the housewives can practice themselves at home and be motivated to open business opportunities through these product so it can be feasible for sale in the marke

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of profitability, structure assets, firm size and liquidity to the capital structure of mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2015. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression. The results showed that partially profitability had negative and significant effect to capital structure, asset structure had positive and significant effect to capital structure, firm size had positive and significant effect to capital structure, and liquidity had negative and significant effect to capital structure.     Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, kebijakan dividen dan struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2017. Nilai perusahaan diukur melalui Price to Book Value (PBV) dan Tobin’s Q. metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 140 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap PBV. Struktur modal memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap PBV. Sedangkan kebijakan dividen memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap PBV. Kemudian, profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan dan struktur modal memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Tobin’s Q. Sedangkan kebijakan dividen memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap Tobin’s Q
