A successful model of regional healthcare information exchange in Japan: Case Study in Kagawa Prefecture
In this study, we focused on analysis of healthcare data exchange over the network. For the advance of broadband capability development, many governments expect online medical information exchange between medical institutions. Japanese government also has tried to deploy ICT in the healthcare field. In Japan, many healthcare ICT projects started, but almost of all the projects face many issues and failed to continue. This situation caused us to clarify the success factor of healthcare information exchange network. For inspecting the success factors, we analyzed information access of healthcare systems in Kagawa prefecture of Japan. Kagawa prefecture is one of the most advance areas for healthcare information technology. We analyzed four medical ICT projects in Kagawa prefecture: K-MIX, Critical Pathway for Diabetes, E-prescription, and PHR. In addition, we inspected characteristics of exchanged data in the network, and stakeholder involved in these projects. This analysis lets us find various types of healthcare ICT projects. Characteristic of data processed in the projects caused differences of characteristic of the projects. On the other hand, multiple systems process same data, though the project does not share the data itself. Considering various types of medical information exchanges projects, we propose classification and standard format of exchanged data according to their characteristic are critical for efficient business deployment. --e-Health,regional healthcare information exchange,EHR
Exact diagonalization and cluster mean-field study of triangular-lattice XXZ antiferromagnets near saturation
Quantum magnetic phases near the magnetic saturation of triangular-lattice
antiferromagnets with XXZ anisotropy have been attracting renewed interest
since it has been suggested that a nontrivial coplanar phase, called the
-coplanar or phase, could be stabilized by quantum effects in a
certain range of anisotropy parameter besides the well-known 0-coplanar
(known also as ) and umbrella phases. Recently, Sellmann . [Phys.
Rev. B {\bf 91}, 081104(R) (2015)] claimed that the -coplanar phase is
absent for from an exact-diagonalization analysis in the sector of the
Hilbert space with only three down-spins (three magnons). We first reconsider
and improve this analysis by taking into account several low-lying eigenvalues
and the associated eigenstates as a function of and by sensibly
increasing the system sizes (up to 1296 spins). A careful identification
analysis shows that the lowest eigenstate is a chirally antisymmetric
combination of finite-size umbrella states for while it
corresponds to a coplanar phase for . However, we
demonstrate that the distinction between 0-coplanar and -coplanar phases
in the latter region is fundamentally impossible from the symmetry-preserving
finite-size calculations with fixed magnon number.} Therefore, we also perform
a cluster mean-field plus scaling analysis for small spins . The
obtained results, together with the previous large- analysis, indicate that
the -coplanar phase exists for any except for the classical limit
() and the existence range in is largest in the
most quantum case of .Comment: 13 pages, 13 figure
The process of development of infant-nursery teacher attachment: An examination on their interactions by using qualitative data
The purpose of this study was to examine the processes of development and change of attachment between an infant and his nursery teachers in detail by qualitative data. The subject of the study was an infant who had developed insecure attachment among his initial attachment figure. He was observed for 9 months (July-March). In the first term (July-August), he showed attachment behavior to several teachers. The interactions between the infant and each teacher were analyzed. There were several interactions by each teacher, and the responses of the infant to each teacher were also different

The shielding effect of HTS power cable based on E-J power law
A method for analysing the current distribution in high-T/sub c/ superconducting (HTS) power cable is examined by the aid of the novel use of anisotropic conductivity and 3-D finite element method considering E-J power law characteristic. The detailed current distribution in the cable is illustrated and the shielding effect of HTS shield layer with intervals is also examined. It is shown that AC losses in shield layer with intervals are increased when the interval between wires becomes large
