О КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНЫХ ПОДХОДАХ К ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ ЦИФРОВОЙ ТРАНСФОРМАЦИИ НАЦИОНАЛЬНОЙ ЭКОНОМИКИ БЕЛАРУСИ

The article contains the author's presentation of the concept of "digital transformation of the national economy". Various aspects of the digital transformation of the economy are considered. The analysis of key conditions and prerequisites for successful digital transformation of the national economy of the Republic of Belarus is presented. The issues of digitalization of the industrial complex are considered. A set of principles for the digital transformation of the Belarusian economy, which is exhaustive from the point of view of sufficiency for determining the strategy and the organizational and economic mechanism for the implementation of digital transformation, is proposed. The key directions of the digital transformation of the Belarusian economy, covering the development of the corresponding infrastructure, as well as digitalization of the sphere of services and material production, are determined. Different approaches to the organization of digital transformation of the national economy of the Republic of Belarus are proposed, and the issues of determining the authorized state body responsible for its implementation are considered. The advantages and disadvantages of each of the presented approaches are analyzed. Based on the world experience, an algorithm for organizing the digital transformation of the Belarusian economy has been formed, taking into account the existing institutional environment.В статье содержится авторское изложение понятия «цифровая трансформация национальной экономики». Рассмотрены различные аспекты цифровой трансформации экономики. Представлен анализ ключевых условий и предпосылок успешной цифровой трансформации национальной экономики Республики Беларусь. Рассмотрены вопросы цифровизации промышленного комплекса. Предложен набор принципов цифровой трансформации экономики Беларуси, исчерпывающий с точки зрения достаточности для определения стратегии и организационно-экономического механизма осуществления цифровой трансформации. Определены ключевые направления цифровой трансформации белорусской экономики, охватывающие развитие соответствующей инфраструктуры, а также цифровизацию сферы услуг и материального производства. Предложены различные подходы к организации цифровой трансформации национальной экономики Республики Беларусь, рассмотрены вопросы определения уполномоченного государственного органа, ответственного за ее осуществление. Проанализированы достоинства и недостатки каждого из представленных подходов. На основе мирового опыта сформирован алгоритм организации цифровой трансформации белорусской экономики, учитывающий сложившуюся институциональную среду

A Novel Role of Vimentin Filaments: Binding and Stabilization of Collagen mRNAs ▿

The stem-loop in the 5′ untranslated region (UTR) of collagen α1(I) and α2(I) mRNAs (5′SL) is the key element regulating their stability and translation. Stabilization of collagen mRNAs is the predominant mechanism for high collagen expression in fibrosis. LARP6 binds the 5′SL of α1(I) and α2(I) mRNAs with high affinity. Here, we report that vimentin filaments associate with collagen mRNAs in a 5′SL- and LARP6-dependent manner and stabilize collagen mRNAs. LARP6 interacts with vimentin filaments through its La domain and colocalizes with the filaments in vivo. Knockdown of LARP6 by small interfering RNA (siRNA) or mutation of the 5′SL abrogates the interaction of collagen mRNAs with vimentin filaments. Vimentin knockout fibroblasts produce reduced amounts of type I collagen due to decreased stability of collagen α1(I) and α2(I) mRNAs. Disruption of vimentin filaments using a drug or by expression of dominant-negative desmin reduces type I collagen expression, primarily due to decreased stability of collagen mRNAs. RNA fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) experiments show that collagen α1(I) and α2(I) mRNAs are associated with vimentin filaments in vivo. Thus, vimentin filaments may play a role in the development of tissue fibrosis by stabilizing collagen mRNAs. This finding will serve as a rationale for targeting vimentin in the development of novel antifibrotic therapies
