Observation of a near-threshold omega-J/psi mass enhancement in exclusive B-->K omega J/psi decays
We report the observation of a near-threshold enhancement in the omega-J/psi
invariant mass distribution for exclusive B-->K omega J/psi decays. The results
are obtained from a 253 fb-1 data sample that contains 275 million BB-bar meson
pairs that were collected near the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle
detector at the KEKB asymmetric energy e+e- collider. The statistical
significance of the omega-J/psi mass enhancement is estimated to be greater
than 8 sigma.Comment: 12 pages, 4 figures, submitted to Physical Review Letter
Study of CP Violating Effects in Time Dependent Decays
We report measurements of time dependent decay rates for decays and extraction of CP violation parameters
containing . Using fully reconstructed events from a data sample collected at the resonance, we obtain
the CP violation parameters for and decays, , where is
the ratio of the magnitudes of the doubly-Cabibbo-suppressed and
Cabibbo-favoured amplitudes, and is the strong phase
difference between them. Under the assumption of being
close to either 0 or , we obtain and .Comment: 9 pages, 3 figures, Submitted to Physical Review Letter
Search for B^- --> J/psi Lambda p-bar decay
We report the results of a search for B^{-} \to \jpsi \Lambda \pbar based
on a data set of 78 fb data collected at the resonance
with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric collider. No
substantial signal is found, and we set the branching fraction upper limit
{\cal B}(B^{-} \to \jpsi \Lambda \pbar) < 4.1 \times 10^{-5} at 90%
confidence level.Comment: 8 pages, 2 figures, submitted to Phys. Rev.
Observation of the D1(2420)->DPI+PI- decays
We report on the first observation of decays (where the
contribution from the dominant known decay mode is excluded)
in the decays. The observation is based on events collected with the Belle detector at the KEKB collider. We
also set 90% confidence level upper limits for the
and decays in the and
decays, respectively.Comment: 6 pages, 2 figure
Observation of Large CP Violation and Evidence for Direct CP Violation in B0-->pi+pi- Decays
We report the first observation of CP-violating asymmetries in B0 --> pi+pi-
decays based on a 140 fb-1 data sample collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance
with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e+e- collider. We
reconstruct one neutral B meson as a B0 --> pi+pi- CP eigenstate and identify
the flavor of the accompanying B meson from its decay products. We apply an
unbinned maximum likelihood fit to the distribution of the time intervals
between the two B meson decay points. The fit yields the CP-violating asymmetry
amplitudes Apipi = +0.58+/-0.15(stat)+/-0.07(syst) and Spipi =
-1.00+/-0.21(stat)+/-0.07(syst). We rule out the CP-conserving case,
Apipi=Spipi=0, at a level of 5.2 standard deviations. We also find evidence for
direct CP violation with a significance at or greater than 3.2 standard
deviations for any Spipi value.Comment: 9 pages, 3 figure
Evidence for B0->pi0pi0
We report evidence for the decay B0->pi0pi0. The analysis is based on a data
sample of 152million BBbar pairs collected at the Upsilon(4s) resonance with
the Belle detector at the KEKB e+e- storage ring. We find
25.6+9.3/-8.4(stat)+1.6/-1.4(syst) B0->pi0pi0 signal events with a significance
of 3.4 standard deviations. We measure the branching fraction to be
(1.7+-0.6(stat)+-0.2(syst))*10^{-6}.Comment: Submitted to PR
Search for the Lepton-Flavor-Violating Decay at Belle
We have searched for the Lepton Flavor Violating decay using a data sample of 84.3 fb accumulated with the Belle detector
at KEK. The -meson was detected through the decay modes: and . No signal candidates are found, and we
obtain an upper limit for the branching fraction at the 90% confidence level.Comment: Submitted to Phys.Rev.Let
A Measurement of Lifetime Difference in Meson Decays
We report a measurement of the - mixing parameter
using 23.4 fb of data collected near the (4S) resonance with
the Belle detector at KEKB. is measured from the lifetime difference
of mesons decaying into the state and the CP even eigenstate

the first error is statistical and the second systematic, corresponding to a
95% confidence interval .Comment: 10 pages, 3 figure
Charge Asymmetry of Same-Sign Dileptons in - Mixing
We report a measurement of the charge asymmetry for same-sign dileptons in
- mixing, . The data were collected with the Belle
detector at KEKB. Using a data sample of 78 fb recorded at the
resonance and 9 fb recorded at an energy 60 MeV below the
resonance, we measure .Comment: 21 pages, 9 figures, 3 tables, submitted to Physical Review
Measurements of Branching Fractions and Polarization in B > K^* rho Decays
We present results of a study of the charmless vector-vector decays B^0 ->
K^{*0} rho^0 and B^+ ->K^{*0} rho^+. The results are based on a 140 fb^{-1}
data sample collected by the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric e^+e^-
collider. We obtain the branching fraction B(B^+ -> K^{*0} rho^+)=(6.6 +-
2.2(stat.) +- 0.8 (syst.)) x 10^{-6}, and set upper limits on the branching
fractions B(B^0 -> K^{*0} rho^0) f_0(980)
K^{*0})<5.2 x 10^{-6}. We also perform a helicity analysis of the rho and K^*
vector mesons in the decay B^+ -> K^{*0} rho^+, and obtain the longitudinal
polarization fraction R_0(B^+ -> K^{*0} rho^+)=0.50 +-
0.19(stat.)+0.05-0.07}(syst.).Comment: 11 pages, 4 figures, submitted to ICHEP04, Beijing, Chin
