Developing a protocol to address co-occurring mental health conditions in the treatment of eating disorders
OBJECTIVE: While co-occurring mental health conditions are the norm in eating disorders, no testable protocol addresses management of these in psychotherapy. METHOD: The literature on managing mental health conditions that co-occur with eating disorders is outlined and reviewed. RESULTS: In the absence of clear evidence to inform managing co-occurring mental health conditions, we advocate for use of an iterative, session-by-session measurement to guide practice and research. We identify three data-driven treatment approaches (focus solely on the eating disorder; multiple sequential interventions either before or after the eating disorder is addressed; integrated interventions), and the indications for their use. Where a co-occurring mental health condition/s impede effective treatment of the eating disorder, and an integrated intervention is required, we outline a four-step protocol for three broad intervention approaches (alternate, modular, transdiagnostic). A research program is suggested to test the usefulness of the protocol. DISCUSSION: Guidelines that provide a starting point to improving outcomes for people with eating disorders that can be evaluated/researched are offered in the current paper. These guidelines require further elaboration with reference to: (1) whether any difference in approach is required where the co-occurring mental health condition is a comorbid symptom or condition; (2) the place of biological treatments within these guidelines; (3) precise guidelines for selecting among the three broad intervention approaches when adapting care for co-occurring conditions; (4) optimal approaches to involving consumer input into identifying the most relevant co-occurring conditions; (5) detailed specification on how to determine which adjuncts to add. PUBLIC SIGNIFICANCE: Most people with an eating disorder also have another diagnosis or an underlying trait (e.g., perfectionism). Currently no clear guidelines exist to guide treatment in this situation, which often results in a drift away from evidence-based techniques. Ternary cluster decay within the liquid drop model
Longitudinal ternary and binary fission barriers of Ar, Ni and
Cf nuclei have been determined within a rotational liquid drop model
taking into account the nuclear proximity energy. For the light nuclei the
heights of the ternary fission barriers become competitive with the binary ones
at high angular momenta since the maximum lies at an outer position and has a

Binary reaction decays from 24Mg+12C
Charged particle and gamma decays in 24Mg* are investigated for excitation
energies where quasimolecular resonances appear in 12C+12C collisions. Various
theoretical predictions for the occurence of superdeformed and hyperdeformed
bands associated with resonance structures with low spin are discussed within
the measured 24Mg* excitation energy region. The inverse kinematics reaction
24Mg+12C is studied at E_lab(24Mg) = 130 MeV, an energy which enables the
population of 24Mg states decaying into 12C+12C resonant break-up states.
Exclusive data were collected with the Binary Reaction Spectrometer in
coincidence with EUROBALL IV installed at the VIVITRON Tandem facility at
Strasbourg. Specific structures with large deformation were selectively
populated in binary reactions and their associated gamma decays studied.
Coincident events associated with inelastic and alpha-transfer channels have
been selected by choosing the excitation energy or the entry point via the
two-body Q-values. The analysis of the binary reaction channels is presented
with a particular emphasis on 24Mg-gamma, 20Ne-gamma and 16O-gamma
coincidences. New information (spin and branching ratios) is deduced on

Estudio immunohistoquímico de tumores de folículos pilosos caninos
El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido analizar los patrones de expresión de varias citoqueratinas e involucrina en tumores del folículo piloso canino con especial interés en los que exhiben menor diferenciación tricofítica.
En el estudio se han utilizado 71 tumores foliculares diagnosticados en el Servicio de
Diagnóstico de Histología y Anatomía Patológica Comparadas de la UCO. Las muestras, fijadas en formol al 10%, se procesaron de la forma habitual para diagnóstico histopatológico y se utilizó la técnica ABC para el estudio inmunohistoquímico.
Los tumores foliculares se clasificaron histopatológicamente según Golsmidht y cols, (1998) como tricoepiteliomas (22), epiteliomas intracutáneos cornificantes (23) y tricoblastomas (5)y pilomatricomas (21)
Can existing assessment tools be used to track equity in protected area management under Aichi Target 11?
Aichi Target 11 (AT11) includes the commitment of 194 governments to equitably manage protected areas (PAs) by 2020. Here we evaluate whether existing PA Management Effectiveness (PAME) and social and governance assessment tools can be used to determine if AT11 meets equity goals. We find that PAME assessment conditions are insufficiently inclusive of relevant actors and do not satisfactorily allow for a diversity of perspectives to be expressed and accounted for, both of which are essential for equitable PA management. Furthermore, none of the analysed PAME tools fully cover multidimensional equity and thus they are inadequate for assessing progress towards equitable management in PAs. The available social and governance PA assessment tools stipulate more inclusive and participatory conditions within their guidelines, and the IUCN Governance Guidelines comprehensively capture equity dimensions in PA management, but results are not comparable across sites. We conclude that available assessment tools do not provide a reliable way to track equity in PAs at global scale. The IUCN Governance Guidelines could be adjusted to achieve this goal, providing that the information collected is made globally comparable, while ensuring transparency, accountability and room for contestation, including by communities whose livelihoods are directly implicated. Ultimately, developing and deploying globally comparable measures to evaluate equity is problematic, as the process of gathering comparable data inevitably obscures information that is highly relevant to resolving equity issues at local scales. Systematic Review On Bullying Situations And Intervention Programs In Early Childhood Education
Background: Bullying is a traumatic event that is observed from the early stages of the educational system. Ensuring an adequate socioemotional development through the implementation of activities or intervention programs based on the work of Emotional Intelligence in the Early Childhood Education stage where empathy, assertiveness, emotional intelligence, social skills, values... are worked on, with the aim of preventing/eradicating situations of violence in educational environments, is essential to put an end to this problem.
Goal: To find out whether there is evidence of bullying at the early childhood education (ECE) stage and to investigate whether bullying prevention work is carried out at this educational stage.
Method: A systematic review, following the PRISMA 2020 Declaration, was carried out in the Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus (SJR) databases from January to March 2023. The search terms used were: "Children", "Health Education" and "Bullying". Only articles in Spanish and English published from 2013 to 2023 were selected, in which bullying in the ECE stage is analyzed. The last filter applied was related with research areas of Psychology and Education. The sample is composed of a total of 4 articles, most of them published abroad.
Findings: According to the studies reviewed, there is little concern about bullying at the ECE stage, and there is little concern about the implementation of prevention programs for this proble

Formación en psicología para entrenadores de fútbol : una propuesta metodológica
En este trabajo se presenta una metodología específica para la formación en psicología de entrenadores de fútbol. Se propone la utilización de técnicas de la dinámica de grupos, agrupando a los entrenadores por grupos homogéneos, utilizando como criterio fundamental la pertenencia de éstos a un mismo club deportivo. Se presentan algunas de las técnicas utilizadas (torbellino de ideas, trabajo individual, trabajos en pequenos grupos, exposiciones y debates, etc.), sí como los contenidos de las sesiones formativas: variables psicológicas implicadas en el rendimiento deportivo de los futbolistas (en entrenamiento y competición) y variables psicológicas del entrenador para optimizar su competencia profesional. Finalmente, se presenta la valoración realizada por los entrenadores respecto a la sesiones formativas.This work presents a specific methodology to form football coaches in psychology. It's proposed the use of techniques of group dynamics, gathering the coaches into «homogeneous groups», considering as an essential criterion they belong to the same sport club. Some of the used techniques are presented (brainstorming, individual work, small groups work, expositions and discussions, etc.), as well as the contents of the formative sessions: psychological variables of football players influencing in sport performance (in training and competition) and psychological variables of the coach to improve his professional competence.
