    W artykule przedstawiono metody stosowane w Laboratorium Gazowych Materia艂贸w Odniesienia do wytwarzania wzorc贸w gazowych. Zwr贸cono uwag臋 na ich ograniczenia i 藕r贸d艂a niepewno艣ci okre艣lenia zawarto艣ci sk艂adnik贸w w mieszaninie gazowej. Dodatkowo opisano wzorcowanie gazowych materia艂贸w odniesienia. W G艂贸wnym Urz臋dzie Miar gazowe materia艂y odniesienia wytwarzane s膮 zgodnie z norm膮 PN-EN ISO 6142 oraz PN-EN ISO 6145-7. Natomiast ich wzorcowanie wykonywane jest zgodnie z PN-EN ISO 6143 metod膮 chromatograficzn膮 i przy u偶yciu analizator贸w gaz贸w.The methods for the gas reference materials preparation in Laboratory of Gas Reference Materials were presented. The attention was paid to limitations of methods and the sources of uncertainty. Additionally calibration of the gas reference materials was described. In the GUM the gas reference materials are made in accordance with PN-EN ISO 6142 and PN-EN ISO 6145-7. The gas standards are calibrated according to PN-EN ISO 6143 using the chromatographic method and by using gas analysers

Also, as sulfur dioxide is designated a core compound, and the 100 渭mol/mol concentration is within the designated core compound concentration range, this comparison is also designed to demonstrate core capabilities of institutes which qualify under the rules of the Gas Analysis Working Group
