A systems model for the analysis of industrial democracy reforms

The graphic model of a capitalist system is presented. It incorporates the multi-dimensionality of social processes, the spin-off and spill-over effects of social action linking the economic, socio-cultural and political spheres among each other, and the multi-level relations between processes and their outcomes and the contexts of these processes.
