Understanding IS Success Model and Valence Framework in Sellersâ Acceptance of Cross-border E-commerce
Cross-border e-commerce becomes more and more popular and general. The foci of researches in e-commerce have moved from domestic towards to global market. Yet, most of extant literatures are from buyerâs perspective, whereas sellers are also important in the success of cross-border e-commerce. In this study, we are aiming to identify the elements of the success of cross-border e-commerce and the relationship with trust and intention to use from sellerâs perspective. To do so, we apply a mixed method to accomplish this research. We have identified the key factors which sellers are concerned about, and why they engage in cross-border e-commerce. In addition, we have developed new dimensions with associated items for system quality, service quality, perceived benefit and perceived cost in the context of cross-border e-commerce. Bibliometric analysis of organisational culture using CiteSpace
Background:Â As organisational culture plays an important role in forming a sustained competitive advantage, numerous studies about organisational culture have been completed. However, few studies have been conducted by analysing the references of publications with a visual pattern. Moreover, this subject has reached a certain degree of maturity; hence, a review that analyses the trends of organisational culture is urgent.

Aim:Â The aim of this study was to provide broad information on organisational culture, including authors, journals, countries and references. In addition, the evolution of organisational culture is depicted and potential future research focuses are predicted.

Setting:Â Using the Web of Science as a data source, we captured 1479 publications in science citation index (SCI) and social science citation index (SSCI) from 2005 to 2016 with 63 682 corresponding references for analysis.

Methods:Â A bibliometric approach using CiteSpace software was applied to quantitatively and visually analyse organisational culture.

Results: (1) The USA is the most productive country followed by the UK and then Australia in terms of publication; (2) scholars are mainly focused on âperformanceâ, âinnovationâ and âknowledge managementâ aspects; (3) most fundamental theories and frameworks were created from the 1980s to the 1990s; (4) the Journal of Business Ethics is the most appropriate journal for contributions, whereas the Academy of Management Review is suitable for scholars to do a literature review, construct a theoretical framework and develop a research design; and (5) future research on this field has been justified accordingly.

Conclusion:Â These findings not only provide basic background knowledge about organisational culture for new researchers but also provide a framework for visual and quantitative research to management scholars and fill the gap between organisational culture and bibliometric analysis
Double Dome and Reemergence of Superconductivity in Pristine 6R-TaS2 under Pressure
Investigating the implications of interlayer coupling on superconductivity is
essential for comprehending the intrinsic mechanisms of high temperature
superconductors. Van der Waals heterojunctions have attracted extensive
research due to their exotic interlayer coupling. Here, we present a natural
heterojunction superconductor of 6R-TaS2 that demonstrates a double-dome of
superconductivity, in addition to, the reemergence of superconducting under
high pressures. Our first principles calculation shows that the first dome of
superconductivity in 6R-TaS2 can be attributed to changes in interlayer
coupling and charge transfer. The second superconducting dome and the
reemergence of superconductivity can be ascribed to changes in the density of
states resulting from Fermi surface reconstruction, in which the DOS of T-layer
and S p-orbitals play a crucial role. We have reported the first observation in
TMDs that non-metallic atoms playing a dominant role in the reemergence of
superconducting and the influence of two Lifshitz transitions on
superconducting properties
Bacillus licheniformis Suppresses Clostridium perfringens Infection via Modulating Inflammatory Response, Antioxidant Status, Inflammasome Activation and Microbial Homeostasis in Broilers
Pathogenic bacteria infection, especially Clostridium perfringens (C. perfringens), markedly threatened the health of animals, and further caused huge economic loss. In this study, Bacillus licheniformis HJ0135 (BL) was used. Oxford cup bacteriostatic test and inhibitory rate test were conducted to evaluate the antibacterial ability of BL. Results showed the strongest inhibitory role of BL on C. perfringens (P \u3c 0.05). Afterwards, 540 one-day-old yellow-feather broilers (32.7 ± 0.2 g) were randomly allocated into 3 groups, including CON group (basal diet), CP group (basal diet + 1 à 109 CFU C. perfringens in gavage), and BL + CP group (basal diet containing 7.5 à 106 CFU/g BL + 1 à 109 CFU C. perfringens in gavage). At d 70, broilers in the CP and BL + CP groups were treated with C. perfringens by continuously oral administration for 5 d. The experiment lasted for 75 d. The serum, immune organs, jejunal mucosa, and cecal contents were collected for analysis. In vivo experiment showed that BL supplementation markedly improved (P \u3c 0.05) BW, ADG, thymus index, serum immunoglobins and antioxidases, reduced feed conversion ratio (FCR) and serum pro-inflammatory cytokines of C. perfringens-infected broilers. Furthermore, the increased jejunal injury and levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines, decreased gene expressions of tight junction proteins in the jejunal mucosa were significantly alleviated (P \u3c 0.05) by BL. More importantly, the activation of NOD-, LRR- and pyrin domain-containing protein 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome was inhibited (P \u3c 0.05) by BL to further attenuate jejunal damage. Besides, BL supplementation markedly increased (P \u3c 0.05) the cecal isobutyric acid and isovaleric acid. Microbial analysis showed that BL changed the composition and relative abundances of microbiota in the cecal contents (P \u3c 0.05), especially the short chain fatty acids (SCFAs)-producing bacteria including Eubacterium_coprostanoligenes_group, Megamonas, Faecalibacterium, and Lactobacillus, which further protected against C. perfringens-induced jejunal inflammation in broilers. Our study laid a theoretical basis for the application of probiotics in lessening C. perfringens-related diseases in poultry farming
Beneficial Effects of Lactobacillus plantarum on Growth Performance, Immune Status, Antioxidant Function and Intestinal Microbiota in Broilers
Lactobacillus plantarum (L. plantarum) has been globally regarded as antibiotic alternative in animal farming in the past few years. However, the potential function of L. plantarum in broilers has not been systemically explored. In this study, a total of 560 one-day-old yellow-feathered broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups, fed with basal diet and drank with L. plantarum HJZW08 (LP) at the concentration of 0 (CON), 1000 Ă 10^5 (LP1000), and 2000 Ă 10^5 CFU/L (LP2000) for 70 d. Results showed that the body weight (BW), average daily gain (ADG), average daily feed intake (ADFI), immunoglobulin A (IgA), IgY, and anti-inflammatory interleukin 10 (IL-10) were markedly improved (P \u3c 0.05), while the levels of pro-inflammatory IL-2, IL-1ÎČ, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in serum were decreased (P \u3c 0.05) in the LP2000 group comparing with the CON group. Besides, LP treatment groups prominently increased the levels and activities of antioxidant enzymes and decreased the content of malondialdehyde (MDA). Additionally, the levels of isobutyric acid in the LP1000 and LP2000 groups and isovaleric acid in the LP2000 group were significantly improved. More importantly, the α-diversity and microbial structure of intestinal microbiota were pronounced altered by LP supplementation. The results showed that only the relative abundance of Actinobacteriota was significantly increased in the LP2000 group, while 6 kinds of bacteria on genus level were significantly changed. For further validation, linear discriminant analysis with effect size (LEfSe) plots revealed that 8 amplicon sequence variants (ASVs) were predominant in the CON group, while Bacteroides and other beneficial species such as Lactimicrobium massiliense (ASV4 and ASV36), Intestinimonas butyriciproducens (ASV71), and Barnesiella viscericola (ASV152 and ASV571) were enriched in the LP groups. Taken together, dietary supplementation with LP obviously enhanced the immune status, antioxidant capacity, and stabilized the cecal microbiota and SCFAs, contributing to the improvement of growth performance of broilers. Our study laid good foundation for the application of probiotic Lactobacillus in animal industry in the future

Superconducting Zirconium Polyhydrides at Moderate Pressures.
Highly compressed hydrides have been at the forefront of the search for high-Tc superconductivity. The recent discovery of record-high Tc's in H3S and LaH10±x under high pressure fuels the enthusiasm for finding good superconductors in similar hydride groups. Guided by first-principles structure prediction, we successfully synthesized ZrH3 and Zr4H15 at modest pressures (30-50 GPa) in diamond anvil cells by two different reaction routes: ZrH2 + H2 at room temperature and Zr + H2 at âŒ1500 K by laser heating. From the synchrotron X-ray diffraction patterns, ZrH3 is found to have a Pm3Ì
n structure corresponding to the familiar A15 structure, and Zr4H15 has an I4Ì
3d structure isostructural to Th4H15. Polyhydride CeH9 with an atomic-like hydrogen clathrate structure.
Compression of hydrogen-rich hydrides has been proposed as an alternative way to attain the atomic metallic hydrogen state or high-temperature superconductors. However, it remains a challenge to get access to these states by synthesizing novel polyhydrides with unusually high hydrogen-to-metal ratios. Here we synthesize a series of cerium (Ce) polyhydrides by a direct reaction of Ce and H2 at high pressures. We discover that cerium polyhydride CeH9, formed above 100âGPa, presents a three-dimensional hydrogen network composed of clathrate H29 cages. The electron localization function together with band structure calculations elucidate the weak electron localization between H-H atoms and confirm its metallic character. By means of Ce atom doping, metallic hydrogen structure can be realized via the existence of CeH9. Particularly, Ce atoms play a positive role to stabilize the sublattice of hydrogen cages similar to the recently discovered near-room-temperature lanthanum hydride superconductors
