    Dise帽o de un modelo de gesti贸n de clima laboral en la empresa Hotel & Centro de Convenciones La Hacienda-Cajamarca S. R. L. para mejorar la satisfacci贸n laboral

    Esta investigaci贸n se desarroll贸 en la empresa Hotel & Centro de Convenciones La Hacienda Cajamarca S.R.L., donde se identific贸 tres rubros: hotel, restaurante y discoteca. Para la realizaci贸n de esta investigaci贸n se identificaron los principales problemas presentes en la empresa Hotel & Centro de Convenciones La Hacienda-Cajamarca S.R.L., donde se encontr贸 que no exist铆a una gesti贸n de clima laboral y por lo tanto exist铆a bajos niveles en autorrealizaci贸n, involucramiento laboral, supervisi贸n, comunicaci贸n y condiciones laborales; la cual, se refleja en la satisfacci贸n laboral. Por tal motivo la finalidad de esta investigaci贸n es realizar el dise帽o de un modelo de gesti贸n de clima laboral en la empresa Hotel & Centro de Convenciones La HaciendaCajamarca S.R.L. para mejorar la satisfacci贸n laboral. Para poder realizar el modelo de gesti贸n de clima laboral se ha tomado en cuenta referencias de bases te贸ricas, y se ha decidido proponer las siguientes t茅cnicas: entrevista, observaci贸n directa, an谩lisis estad铆sticos, encuestas y focus group; y herramientas: Papel bond A4, c谩mara fotogr谩fica, lapiceros, borrador, l谩piz, usb, cd麓s, etc. La principal conclusi贸n comprob贸 que hay relaci贸n entre las dos variables; es decir, existe relaci贸n significativa entre el clima laboral y satisfacci贸n laboral. Y se logr贸 resultados 贸ptimos para los trabajadores y la empresa, lo cual confirma la viabilidad de la investigaci贸n; Para finalizar se recomienda aplicar y dar un seguimiento constante a las t茅cnicas y herramientas para mantener y mejorar la satisfacci贸n laboral en la empresa.This investigation is in the Hotel & Convention Center La Hacienda-Cajamarca S.R.L., where three areas were identified: hotel, restaurant and disco. For the realization of this investigation the main problems present in the company were identified. Hotel and Convention Center La Hacienda-Cajamarca S.R.L., where it was found that there was no work environment management and therefore there are low levels of self-realization, labor involvement, supervision, communication and working conditions; which, is reflected in job satisfaction. Why is the purpose of this research is to make the design of a work climate management model in the Hotel and Convention Center La Hacienda-Cajamarca S.R.L. to improve job satisfaction. In order to carry out the work climate management model, the theoretical bases have been taken into account, and the following techniques have been proposed: interview, direct observation, statistical analysis, surveys and focus group; and tools: A4 bond paper, camera, pens, eraser, pencil, usb, cd's, etc. The main conclusion proved that there is a relationship between the two variables; that is, there is a significant relationship between work environment and job satisfaction. And the optimal results for the workers and the company were approved, which confirms the viability of the investigation; Finally, the techniques and tools to maintain and improve job satisfaction in the company must be applied and constantly monitored
