XVI)
This article by employing the use of musical analysis, investigating the possibility of music porting an objective basis for the production of sensations, feelings and meanings. Thus, it is inscribed in the traditional discussion, often engendered by neo- Kantian and the Husserlian phenomenology, around the categorical joints involved in the subject-object relationship. The analyzed example is the Iberian anonymous “Venid a suspirar al verde prado”. Through its analysis, we concluded that the constitution's own musical time lie the foundations that sustain affective production and signifying that common sense attributes to the Iberian repertoire, especially the Portuguese songbook.O presente artigo, empregando o recurso da análise musical, investiga a possibilidade de a música portar uma base objetiva para a produção de sensações, sentimentos e significados.

This paper presents a philosophical study of the tensions and interconections between Aesthetics and Logic in The Interpretation of Dreams by Sigmund Freud (1856-1939). We wish to demonstrate how Freud in this text which is strategic for the establishment of psychoanalytic praxis and that resonates in contemporary artistic movements, establishes a method supported in the accuracy of observation and logic and, at the same time, invocates in aid to this method notions of representation, form, content and unit, seemingly opposing thus the idealist philosophical tradition, historically founded in the distinction between the intelligible and the sensible
Universidad Favaloro. Facultad de Medicina; ArgentinaFil: Spinedi, Eduardo Julio. The stormy relationship between fats and the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus: Updated. Part 2
In this part of the review, the functional relationship between lipid and carbohydrate metabolisms and their interdependence is described, from the glucose-fatty acid cycle and the portal hypothesis of insulin resistance to the new knowledge on brown and beige adipocytes, with emphasis on the normal functioning of an endocrine pattern in which its dysfunction is a key factor in the pathophysiology of T2DM and obesity. Ectopic fat deposition in lean tissues due to the inability of the adipose tissue to continuously collect lipids and the endocrine activity of adipocytes is discussed. The production of molecules (adipokines) influencing some of the mechanisms involved in the development of insulin resistance (leptin, adiponectin, TNF-α, resistin, etc.) and beta cell dysfunction is also revisited. The decrease in the oxidative capacity in the mitochondrial respiratory chain and the rebirth of the concept of de novo lipogenesis are described, both effects favouring intracellular lipid accumulation. In lean tissues there are small intracellular lipid reserves that help to maintain the regulation of essential functions; however, when a lipid overload occurs the phenomenon could lead to severe cell dysfunction (lipotoxicity), and death (lipo-apoptosis). The stormy relationship between lipids and the Langerhans’ islets goes beyond the functional effort imposed by peripheral insulin-resistance on the β cells, either by the direct effect of lipids or by their derivatives on overall pancreatic islet function. Within a scenario of no insulin deficit, diabetes does not develop.Fil: Costa Gil, José Esteban. Universidad Favaloro. Facultad de Medicina; ArgentinaFil: Spinedi, Eduardo Julio. Análise do polimorfismo genético do Paracoccidioides brasiliensis e Paracoccidioides cerebriformis "Moore" pela técnica de amplificação aleatória do polimorfismo do DNA (RAPD) e sequenciamento do DNA ribossomal 28S: Paracoccidioides cerebriformis revisitado
Our purpose was to compare the genetic polymorphism of six samples of P. brasiliensis (113, 339, BAT, T1F1, T3B6, T5LN1), with four samples of P. cerebriformis (735, 741, 750, 361) from the Mycological Laboratory of the Instituto de Medicina Tropical de São Paulo, using Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA Analysis (RAPD). RAPD profiles clearly segregated P. brasiliensis and P. cerebriformis isolates. However, the variation on band patterns among P. cerebriformis isolates was high. Sequencing of the 28S rDNA gene showed nucleotide conservancy among P. cerebriformis isolates, providing basis for taxonomical grouping, and disclosing high divergence to P. brasiliensis supporting that they are in fact two distinct species. Moreover, DNA sequence suggests that P. cerebriformis belongs in fact to the Aspergillus genus.
The archaeological campaigns developed between the years 2006 and 2010 at the Roman fort of Cidadela have revealed a little bit more from its original planning. The efforts were focused in three areas: the western buildings of the latera praetorii; the structure which lays in front of them beside the southern edge of the uia principalis; and the defensive wall in its northwestern sector. In this area were located in 2009 the remains of a structure later identified as an oven. Further excavations here revealed the presence of another one oven which was completely exhumed in 2010. Due to their location "at the interuallum" and the military character of the site we have identified both them as bread ovens
A cable-driven robot for architectural constructions: a visual-guided approach for motion control and path-planning
Cable-driven robots have received some attention by the scientific community and, recently, by the industry because they can transport hazardous materials with a high level of safeness which is often required by construction sites. In this context, this research presents an extension of a cable-driven robot called SPIDERobot, that was developed for automated construction of architectural projects. The proposed robot is formed by a rotating claw and a set of four cables, enabling four degrees of freedom. In addition, this paper proposes a new Vision-Guided Path-Planning System (V-GPP) that provides a visual interpretation of the scene: the position of the robot, the target and obstacles location; and optimizes the trajectory of the robot. Moreover, it determines a collision-free trajectory in 3D that takes into account the obstacles and the interaction of the cables with the scene. A set of experiments make possible to validate the contribution of V-GPP to the SPIDERobot while operating in realistic working conditions, as well as, to evaluate the interaction between the V-GPP and the motion controlling system. The results demonstrated that the proposed robot is able to construct architectural structures and to avoid collisions with obstacles in their working environment. The V-GPP system localizes the robot with a precision of 0.006 m, detects the targets and successfully generates a path that takes into account the displacement of cables. Therefore, the results demonstrate that the SPIDERobot can be scaled up to real working conditions.This work is partly funded by the project PTDC/

tumoral y de respuesta antitumoral; marcadores de angiogénesis;
marcadores de invasión tumoral y de potencial metastatizante;
marcadores celulares de superficie; marcadores intracelulares;
marcadores derivados del ácido araquidónico y marcadores
enzimáticos.The clinical appearance and, especially, the degree of dysplasia
that may be shown by pre-cancerous lesions in the oral cavity
suggest a potential for malignisation. An increasing number
of studies are seeking new, more specific markers that would
help to determine the degree of cell alteration and enable a
better understanding of the degree of malignant degeneration
of these cells.
The present review considers the most recent findings for these
markers, grouping them into families: tumour growth markers;
markers of tumour suppression and anti-tumour response; angiogenesis
markers; markers of tumour invasion and metastatic
potential; cell surface markers; intracellular markers; markers
derived from arachidonic acid; and enzymatic markers
