El presente informe de trabajo de grado, tiene como principal objetivo presentar el plan de negocios para la creación de la aplicación móvil Dream Team, que permita gestionar los campeonatos y partidos de futbol en canchas sintéticas de Bogotá. Los elementos que se han tenido en cuenta para la elaboración del informe constan del análisis del mercado en el uso de canchas sintéticas y de aplicaciones móviles, el estudio técnico, la propuesta financiera y el análisis de la demanda creciente de canchas sintéticas en la ciudad.The main objective of this present work report is to present the business plan for the creation of the Dream Team mobile application, which will allow the management of championships and football matches on synthetic courts in Bogotá.
