    Este art铆culo tuvo como objetivo deconstruir a nivel te贸rico-conceptual los liderazgos pol铆ticos femeninos a partir de la variable de g茅nero como categor铆a anal铆tica desde los aportes te贸ricos-epistemol贸gicos de Judith Butler (1956) y Raewyn Connel (1944). Se realiz贸 una investigaci贸n cualitativa, que por medio de una revisi贸n conceptual de sus obras m谩s importantes, logr贸 explorar a profundidad las bases epistemol贸gicas de sus teor铆as para cruzarlas con categor铆as de liderazgo femenino.The objective of this article was to deconstruct at a theoretical-conceptual level female political leadership from the gender variable as an analytical category from the theoretical-epistemological contributions of Judith Butler (1956) and Raewyn Connel (1944). Qualitative research was carried out, which through a conceptual review of their most important works, managed to explore in depth the epistemological bases of her theories to cross them with categories of female leadership
