La valorización por avance de obra y su relación con la liquidez de F.Q. Ingenieros S.A.C., Los Olivos, 2017

RESUMEN El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad u objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre la valorización por avance de obra y la liquidez de F.Q. Ingenieros S.A.C., Los Olivos, 2017. La metodología utilizada es aplicada, porque está encaminada a resolver problemas prácticos de la empresa, así como no experimental porque no vamos a manipular ninguna de las variables, puesto que se va observar dentro de su contexto natural en un periodo determinado. Se aplicó una encuesta para entender la problemática de la empresa respecto a la valorización por avance de obra y el grado de relación con la liquidez de la empresa, se analizó los resultados obtenidos de la encuesta mediante la aplicación del programa estadístico SPSS 21, para así determinar la relación existente entre las dos variables. Además, se analizó los estados financieros de los dos periodos, así como el cálculo de las ratios de liquidez para ver la variación y relación de las dos variables. Del mismo modo, se realizó un cuadro comparativo entre la valorización y la liquidez donde demostramos la relación directa que existe. Se concluyó demostrando la relación directamente proporcional que existe entre la valorización por avance de obra y la liquidez. Ingenieros SAC, Los Olivos, 2017. The methodology used is applied, because it is aimed at solving practical problems of the company, as well as nonexperimental because we will not manipulate any of the variables, since it will be observed within its natural context in a certain period. A survey was applied to understand the problems of the company with respect to the valuation for progress of work and the degree of relation with the liquidity of the company. The results obtained from the survey were analyzed through the application of the SPSS 21 statistical program. Determine the relationship between the two variables. In addition, the financial statements of the two periods were analyzed, as well as the calculation of the liquidity ratios to see the variation and relationship of the two variables. In the same way, a comparative table was made between the valuation and the liquidity where we demonstrate the direct relationship that exists.
