Pengaruh Penerapan Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Opini Audit Mengenai Going Concern Pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2010-2011

Prediksi mengenai kelangsungan hidup perusahaan menjadi fokus dari auditor maupun shareholders. Hal ini menyebabkan auditor tidak hanya memiliki tanggung jawab terhadap kewajaran dari laporan keuangan klien melainkan kelangsungan hidup klien hingga setahun setelah pelaporan. Mekanisme dari good corporate governance diyakini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menjaga kelangsungannya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh dari penerapan good corporate governance terhadap opini audit mengenai going concern. Faktor good corporate governance yang akan digunakan adalah kepemilikan manajerial, komisaris independen, dan komite audit. Tipe dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi logistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 132 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2010-2011. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 52 perusahaan yang mendapat opini mengenai going concern dan 80 perusahaan yang tidak mendapat opini mengenai going concern. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial dan komisaris independen memiliki hubungan negatif terhadap pemberian opini audit mengenai going concern, sedangkan komite audit memiliki hubungan positif terhadap pemberian opini audit mengenai going concern. Namun, ketiga variabel ini memiliki tingkat signifikansi diatas 5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa investor tidak semata-mata melihat penerapan good corporate governance perusahaan untuk mempertimbangkan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan yang diminati

Tujuan pembuatan aplikasi pada PT Musi Lestari Indo Makmur ini untuk memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi pelanggan melalui strategi CRM (Customer relationship Management) dengan melihat permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan. Permasalahan pada PT Musi Lestari Indo Makmur antara lain pencarian informasi mengenai masa berakhirnya penyewaan tempat membutuhkan waktu cukup lama, sulitnya calon penyewa untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai exhibition, dan adanya keterlambatan pembayaran sewa. Metodologi yang akan digunakan penulis yaitu metode RUP (Rational Unified Prosess), dengan fase-fase antara lain inception (permulaan), elaboration (perluasan/perencanaan), construction (konstruksi), dan transition (transisi). Untuk pengembangan model penulis menggunakan Unified Model Language (UML). Because of the operational activities and business process of retail companies are very large and complex, the manual system can cause inefficiency in the system because need a lot of time to get information which is needed. Therefore an adequate accounting information system is needed to proceed, record the transactions and to produce information accurately and quickly. First step in building this accounting information system is to survey what general processes business are done in retail companies. And the second step is to design accounting information system which is attached with customization features and can be used in many retail companies. This application program can process sales, purchase, purchase return, sales return, payment of account payable, payment of account receivable, create accounting report, financial statement, and attached by customization features which consist of choosing inventory system methods, inventory cost flow methods, and accounting periods. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Di Indonesia banyak sekali terdapat perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan tetapi sayang sekali untuk level menengah ke bawah banyak perusahaan tersebut masih menggunakan sistem manual guna menjalankan proses bisnisnya. Setiap hari terjadi sangat banyak transaksi yang dapat mengakibatkan ketidakefisien proses bisnis karena membutuhkan waktu lama untuk mendapatkan informasi yang diinginkan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi akuntansi yang memadai, untuk memproses pencatatan transaksi-transaksi yang terjadi secara komputerisasi dan menghasilkan informasi yang cepat dan tepat. Pembuatan sistem informasi akuntansi ini dimulai dengan survei proses bisnis yang umum terjadi di beberapa usaha dagang. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi akuntansi yang dilengkapi dengan fitur kustomisasi yang diharapkan dapat digunakan di kebanyakan perusahaan dagang. Program aplikasi ini dapat memproses transaksi penjualan, pembelian, retur penjualan, retur pembelian, pembayaran hutang, pembayaran piutang, pembuatan laporan keuangan secara komputerisasi serta dilengkapi dengan fitur kustomisasi yang meliputi pemilihan metode persediaan, aliran biaya persediaan, dan periode akuntansi. Pengaruh atribut produk “internet of things” terhadap niat pembelian: pengalaman fungsional dan emosional sebagai variabel mediasi

Atribut-atribut yang melekat pada suatu produk khususnya produk “Internet of Things” (IoT) memiliki pengaruh pada pengalaman fungsional maupun emosional penggunanya sehingga pada akhirnya memengaruhi minal beli terhadap produk yang bersangkutan. Saat ini hampir semua pemilik kendaraan bermotor khususnya kendaraan roda empat menggunakan aplikasi GPS Navigasi. Pengalaman fungsional  merupakan penilaian pelanggan yang rasional yang meliputi manfaat secara fungsional yang mereka dapatkan dari penggunaan suatu produk. Pengalaman emosional terhadap suatu produk bisa berbentuk kepercayaan, harga diri, kedekatan dan menanamkan nilai yang tidak hanya berbentuk nilai fungsional semata. Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen yang diteliti ada 6 yaitu: konektivitas, interaktivitas, rasa kehadiran, kecerdasan, kenyamanan, keamanan, sedangkan variabel mediasi yang digunakan adalah pengalaman fungsional dan pengalaman emosional, dan variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah minat beli. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian causal explanatory.  Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dan analisis yang dilakukan dengan model persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut konektivitas, interaktivitas, dan kecerdasan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengalaman fungsional konsumen, serta atribut rasa kehadiran, interaktivitas, dan kenyamanan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengalaman emosional, sedangkan pengalaman emosional sebagai variabel mediasi berpengaruh positif pada minat beli. Hanya atribut keamanan yang berpengaruh positif terhadap pengalaman fungsional dan emosional konsumen pada aplikasi GPS Navigasi
