    ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGEMENT FUNDAMENTALS OF UKRAINE ORGANIC PRODUCTION

    Organic production management fundamentals formation and implementation is the necessary condition for the economy at the sustainable development basis efficient functioning, providing high life quality and environmental public safety. Actual raises the need to manage the agricultural production ecological certification processes is driven by growing demand and incomplete satisfaction of the needs for organic certified products both in the domestic and foreign markets. The aim of the research is to justify recommendations related to Ukraine organic production organizational and management fundamentals through the national certification system for organic production creation and implementation improvement and development. The reasons of existing Ukraine organic production system is imperfect and its effective and efficient functioning in favor of national, the state and territorial communities’ interests indiscretion have been identified. Agricultural and food products certification institutional provision as the complex system of organizational, legal, economic and environmental regulation of social relations on the use of natural resources in the field of manufacturing processing and marketing of agricultural products has been determined. The significant role of accounting in the system of control over conformity by the operating rules of domestic organic products production have been determinedPagrindiniai ekologinės gamybos formavimo ir realizavimo principai yra būtina sąlyga veiksmingam ekonomikos veikimui remiantis tvaraus vystymosi principais, užtikrinant aukštą gyvenimo kokybę ir visuomenės saugumą aplinkai. Atsižvelgiant į didėjančią paklausą ir nepakankamą ekologiškai sertifikuotų produktų tiek vidaus, tiek užsienio rinkose reikalavimų patenkinimą, būtina skubiai tvarkyti žemės ūkio produkcijos aplinkosaugos sertifikatus. Tyrimo tikslas yra pagrįsti rekomendacijas, susijusias su ekologinės gamybos vadybos organizacinių ir vadybinių bazių kūrimu ir įgyvendinimu Ukrainoje per nacionalinę sertifikavimo sistemą, skirtą ekologinės gamybos plėtrai ir tobulinimui. Darbe atskleidžiamos esamos ekologinės gamybos sistemos netobulumo Ukrainoje priežastys, jos veiksmingo trūkumas nacionalinių, valstybinių ir teritorinių bendruomenių labui. Nustatyta institucinė parama žemės ūkio ir maisto produktų sertifikavimui kaip kompleksinė organizacinių, teisinių, ekonominių ir aplinkosauginių santykių reguliavimo sistema, skirta gamtos išteklių naudojimui žemės ūkio produktų perdirbimo ir rinkodaros srityje.     Theory of monolayers with boundaries: Exact results and Perturbative analysis

    Domains and bubbles in tilted phases of Langmuir monolayers contain a class of textures knows as boojums. The boundaries of such domains and bubbles may display either cusp-like features or indentations. We derive analytic expressions for the textures within domains and surrounding bubbles, and for the shapes of the boundaries of these regions. The derivation is perturbative in the deviation of the bounding curve from a circle. This method is not expected to be accurate when the boundary suffers large distortions, but it does provide important clues with regard to the influence of various energetic terms on the order-parameter texture and the shape of the domain or bubble bounding curve.     Order parameter for two-dimensional critical systems with boundaries

    Conformal transformations can be used to obtain the order parameter for two-dimensional systems at criticality in finite geometries with fixed boundary conditions on a connected boundary. To the known examples of this class (such as the disk and the infinite strip) we contribute the case of a rectangle. We show that the order parameter profile for simply connected boundaries can be represented as a universal function (independent of the criticality model) raised to the power eta/2. The universal function can be determined from the Gaussian model or equivalently a problem in two-dimensional electrostatics. We show that fitting the order parameter profile to the theoretical form gives an accurate route to the determination of eta. We perform numerical simulations for the Ising model and percolation for comparison with these analytic predictions, and apply this approach to the study of the planar rotor model.Comment: 10 pages, 14 figures.
