Nove tehnologije optiÄkog kolor sortiranja voÄa
This paper concentrates on application of color sorting machines for fruit
sorting. Paper shows in details transport system through sorting machine, reject system,
visual system (cameras and lasers), data processing system and user interface.
Advantages of machine sorting versus manual (hand) sorting are presented, as well as
result of tests conducted in food processing factory "ITN Eko Povlen" in Kosjeric.U ovom radu je prikazan princip rada optiÄkog prebiranja voÄa kolor sorterima.
Rad detaljno opisuje sistem transporta proizvoda kroz maŔinu, sistem izbacivanja
neuslovnih proizvoda, vizuelni sistem (sistem kamera i lasera), sistem obrade podataka i
korisniÄki interfejs. U radu su prikazane i prednosti maÅ”inskog u odnosu na ruÄno
prebiranje kao i rezultati testova sprovedenih u fabrici za preradu hrane "ITN Eko

Ispitivanje ujednaÄenosti isejavanja semena metodom odzivnih povrÅ”ina
The subject of this paper is to optimize the uniformity seeding distances using response surface methodology and validated optimal level variables. Variables are modeled as a vacuum on the seed plate, diameter planting holes and peripheral speed of sowing records. The method can be used to optimize seeding distance of field and vegetable crops for which sowing is used pneumatic vacuum seeding machine. The models are valid for the speed of rotation of the plate seeding 0.053 mā¢s-1 to 0.192 mā¢s-1, the diameter of the holes in the seed plate from 1.66 mm to 3.34 mm and the vacuum of the seed plate 2.64 kPa to 9.36 kPa. Accuracy seeding distance depends on the diameter of the holes in the seed plate. The optimum value of about 3 mm in diameter is used for cotton seeds in the experiment. The level of vacuum pressure is important and connected with a diameter holes and the choice of its optimal level based on the physical properties of the seeds is about 5.5 kPa.Predmet ovog rada je optimizacija ujednaÄenosti isejavanja semena koriÅ”Äenjem metode odzivnih povrÅ”ina i provera optimalnog nivoa promenljivih. Promenljive su modelirane kao potpritisak na setvenim ploÄama, preÄnik setvenih otvora i periferna brzina setvenih ploÄa. Metoda može da se koristi za optimizaciju meÄusetvenog rastojanja svih ratarskih i povrtarskih kultura za Äiju setvu se koristi pneumatska sejalica sa potpritiskom. Modeli su shodno usvojenim koeficijentima važeÄi za brzinu rotacije setvenih ploÄa od 0.053 mā¢s-1 do 0.192 mā¢s-1, za preÄnik otvora na setvenim ploÄama od 1.66 mm do 3.34 mm i za potpritisak na setvenim ploÄama od 2.64 kPa do 9.36 kPa
Uticaj masenog prinosa tritikala na brzinu žetve
This paper analyzes the effect of triticale yield on the speed of the combine during harvest. Monitoring system for the site-specific yield is mounted to harvester with 6 meters wide header. After harvest, the yield is divided into three groups, as well as small, medium and large yield, and then using the Šruskal-Wallis H test analyzed the rate of speed for each group along the plot. It was found for analyzed field that the speeds different and based on the average value ranges group concluded that the speed decreases with increasing yield, and access the subsequent analysis of the differences between the groups using the Mann-Whitney U test. The speed of the combine during harvest triticale in the analyzed plot differ significantly when comparing the three groups, and small and medium impact to Cohen's criteria based on effect size.U ovom radu analizirana je uticaj prinosa tritikala na brzinu kretanja kombajna tokom žetve. Sistem za merenje lokacijski specifiÄnog prinosa postavljen je na kombajn Å”irine zahvata 6 metara. Nakon žetve prinos je podeljen u tri grupe, kao mali, srednji i velik prinos, i potom pomoÄu Kruskal-Volisovog H testa analizirana je brzina za svaku grupu prinosa duž parcele. Ustanovljeno je da se na analiziranoj parceli brzine razlikuju i na osnovu srednjih vrednosti rangova grupa zakljuÄeno je da brzina opada sa smanjenjem prinosa, pa se pristupilo naknadnoj analizi razlike meÄu grupama pomoÄu Man-Vitnijevog U testa. Brzine kretanja kombajna tokom žetve tritikala na analiziranoj parceli razlikuju se statistiÄki znaÄajno pri poreÄenju sve tri grupe, i to sa malim i srednjim uticajem prema Koenovom kriterijumu
