A Decision Making: Implant or Endodontic Treatment? A Case Report

The present report describes the successful treatment of a tooth with an endo-perio lesion and an extensive area of bone resorption. The possibility of extraction and dental implant was discussed with the patient. Chemomechanical preparation was performed, and canals were filled with bioceramic cement and gutta-percha cones. After 12 months, clinical and radiographic evaluations showed remarkable remineralization.
