Anomalie clinique et seins traités :comment répondre clairement aux cliniciens ?
Clinical anomalies in women previously treated for breast cancer raise fears about recurrence of the cancer. Recurrence, and development of a second breast cancer are linked to the biology of the primary tumour. Clinical warning signs during the follow-up of breast cancer include nodules, inflammatory disorders and cutaneous change. The radiologist must use the right imaging tools to help clinicians choose the appropriate diagnosis approach and treatment.SCOPUS: sh.jDecretOANoAutActifinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishe

Dramatic response of recurrent invasive thymoma to high doses of corticosteroids.
We report the case of a widely invasive thymoma non-associated with myasthenia gravis which responded only to high doses of corticosteroids. We review the other few reported cases of complete response achieved by this treatment and we stress the possible use of high doses of corticosteroids in the management of recurrent invasive thymoma
GOITRE FOETAL: DEPISTAGE ET SUIVI ECHOGRAPHIQUE
Ultrasonography of the neck in a 28 week-old fetus suggested the presence of a goiter. Since sonographic evaluation of epiphyseal ossification centers showed no delayed bone maturation, the fetus was considered to have an euthyroid goiter, that allowed amniocentesis to be performed. The fetus was sonographically followed from 32 to 36 weeks: the development was normal. At birth, hormonal tests confirmed an euthyroid goiter. The authros consider that bone maturation should be monitored in utero especially when a thyroid dysfunction is suspected, in order to detect severe disease and to prompt treatment.SCOPUS: ar.jinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishe
