STUDY REGARDING THE NECESSARY TOPOGRAPHIC WORKS DRAWING ON THE FIELD OF THE MAIN TOPOGRAPHIC ELEMENTS OF AGRITOURISTIC CONSTRUCTION
The paper presents a modern method of field application of an agrotourism reception structure using a high-performance topographic equipment of the latest generation, with the help of which a series of completely new procedures and tracing operations could be applied on the field. The construction will be located in the beautiful and dynamic agrotourism area Bulzești - Măldărești, in the South-West Oltenia development region, an area that has a rich and valuable natural and anthropic tourist potential, which has not been capitalized on its true value, due to the lack of main of the tourist reception structures. The aim of the paper was to prepare in the best conditions the technical documentation necessary primarily for the design of the construction, but at the same time it can be used further in the next phases of its drawing and actual execution. From the presented, it was found that the work performed fully complies with the precision requirements and legal regulations imposed on such a work, and tracing as the main method of field application of the main elements of a construction could be performed according to the requirements of precision, detail and accuracy by the designer and the beneficiary
STUDY ON THE QUALITY OF THE AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY PRACTICED IN A PENSION IN RÂNCA-GORJ
In the study carried out by the research team, the first part presents the analysis of the conditions of settlement and accessibility in the area and of the main natural and anthropogenic agrotourism resources in the Rânca-Gorj area, which contribute decisively to attracting tourists to the resort. From the analysis carried out it was found that it has a rich natural and anthropic tourist potential that is not capitalized at a maximum level, because during the off-season, i.e., the warm period, the flow of tourists from the area is much lower than during the period conducive to the practice winter sports. This aspect emerges very clearly from the analysis of the data entered in tables 1-8 and figure 1, where a considerable reduction in the number of tourists and overnight stays, as well as the occupancy rate of the boarding house under study, can be observed during this period. Also, from the analysis of the data in these tables, it was concluded that efficient and modern management is practiced at the guesthouse, which has led to the preservation of a high level of quality of services offered to tourists, even during the difficult period of the pandemic
STUDY REGARDING THE TOPO CADASTRAL SURVEY CARRIED OUT FOR THE REHABILITATION AND MODERNIZATION OF A ROAD IN THE PERIÅžOR-GIUBEGA AGRITOURISTC AREA - DOLJ
The paper presents a quick and efficient method of topo-cadastral survey of a road in the Perișor-Giubea-Dolj agrotourism area, in order to rehabilitate and modernize. In order to be able to make the technical documentation required by the beneficiary, a topographic survey was carried out using a modern equipment, adequate to the precision required for such a very complex work. The topographic method used was fully adapted to the existing situation on the ground and to obtain a high yield and efficiencies. On the main axis of the road was made a supported travel on known coordinates and elevations and at the same time the details were raised by the method of polar coordinates. All the data measured in the field were downloaded to the computer, where they were easily and very precisely processed with specialized topography programs, obtaining the coordinates of all surveyed points, based on which the situation plan was drawn up at scale and accuracy required by the beneficiary. The technical documentation thus obtained was used in all stages of construction, design, tracing and execution
STUDY ON THE PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION NECESSARY FOR THE REHABILITATION AND MODERNIZATION OF ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE IN THE AGRITOURISTIC AREA, GIUBEGA-BĂILEȘTI
The purpose of the study is to carry out a complex and high-precision work necessary for the realization of the first phase of the execution project, after which, based on all the drawn and written parts existing in the project, to carry out the field application of the construction works of the road, as well as control and reception works. The technical documentation produced had to meet all the technical standards of precision and quality imposed by the standards in force, that is why the most modern devices and existing work methods were used for the topographic surveys, which led to obtaining a high economic efficiency. The preparation of the location and delimitation plan of the studied road was made from the absolute coordinates of the support points and details, calculated on the basis of the elevations carried out on the ground, with the help of a high-performance program, which allowed the representation with great ease and accuracy, on a large scale 1: 500, of all the details existing on the land. Based on the completed technical documentation, the file was submitted to OCPI-Dolj, it was approved and entered in the Land Registry. Also, the execution project was carried out and the actual plotting on the ground of the road rehabilitation and modernization works, which will contribute substantially to increasing the safety and accessibility of all tourist reception structures
STUDY REGARDING THE PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION NECESSARY TO MODERNIZE THE ROAD THAT CROSSES THE BUCOVAT-LEAMNA, DOLJ AGROTURISTIC AREA
The work aims to carry out topo-cadastral surveys for the design of rehabilitation and modernization works of the county road that crosses the Bucovăț-Leamna agrotourism area, near the city of Craiova, which is in full development and evolution. For the field application of all lifting works, a state-of-the-art modern equipment such as GPS technology and total stations was used, and the combined method GPS-Total Stations was used as the surveying method. Their use has led to relevant results in terms of the efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness of such a surveying project. Also, for the data processing, the method of transferring the data measured in the field, from the topographic devices directly to the computer, with the help of special programs was used, after which they were processed automatically obtaining the absolute coordinates of the points with the precision required by the beneficiary, in compliance with all legal requirements, applied to such works. The points were represented with the AutoCad program, obtaining the location and delimitation plan for each large-scale road body, which allows the designer to perform the design work in great detail, with great fidelity and precision. At the same time, it ensures a very high precision of tracing and execution of all the rehabilitation and modernization works of the studied road, of great local and county interest
STUDY ON THE PREPARATION OF THE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION IN THE LAND BOOK OF A PROPERTY IN KLADOVO – SERBIA
The study is carried out in collaboration with Serbian students from the MTC, from the Faculty of Agronomy of the University of Craiova and with a company from the same country, in order to make a comparison and analogy between the methods and procedures of surveying used in the two countries (Serbia and Romania). The paper presents a case study conducted in the town of Kladovo in Serbia in which a private property was taken into account, which must be registered in the Land Book. In order to solve all the requirements of such a work, a modern and new method was applied, used more and more in the topo-cadastral surveys, namely the combined method GPS and total station. From the surveys carried out in the field and processed at the office, it is found that the methodologies and working procedures are identical to those used in our country. It is also found that the equipment used is very modern and high-performance, which allowed to obtain a very high precision and a high economic efficiency of the work. In the end, the technical documentation prepared strictly complied with all the requirements of the legal norms imposed in Serbia and was done with great precision, which allowed it to be submitted to the office of the Land Book and the registration of the property studied in it. The significant difference between the technical documentation prepared for this property in Serbia and the documentation made in Romania is the Gauss-Kruger coordinate system in which the boundary points were determined, compared to the 1970 Stereographic system used in our country
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY CARRIED OUT FOR THE REHABILITATION AND MODERNIZATION OF THE ROAD FROM THE AGRO-BALNEOTURISTIC LOCATION BALA, MEHEDINÅ¢I COUNTY

UTILIZATION OF TOTAL STATIONS IN THE WORK OF DETACHMENT A PROPERTY
The detachment of a property is common in recent years, primarily due to the modification of the urban plans, by the extension of the urban areas to the detriment of the arable lands. Thus, there is the possibility of lotizing larger terrains of the order of thousands of square meters in several plots of different sizes, generally 250-600 m2, which are then sold for the construction of new dwellings. In the paper is presented as a case study such a detachment of a property, using for field measurements the total station
STUDY ON TOPO-GEODEZIC WORKS FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE TRAMLINE IN THE FORD-CRAIOVA AREA
The present paper addresses a very complex and difficult research topic, but of great current importance and wide applicability in practice. We affirm this because it is very well known that the road and rail infrastructure 30 years after the revolution is in a very precarious state, we can say very sad, because its rehabilitation and modernization has been done at a very slow pace. Therefore, the working team considered that approaching such a topic of great interest, is beneficial first of all for the practice, since the volume of works of such nature must increase considerably in the future and not lastly it is very valuable from the academic and scientific point of view. In order to solve the thematic approach, the working team used the latest and topographic devices and programs for processing the measured data, which allowed to obtain relevant and very correct results. The working methodology was perfectly adapted to the objective pursued, the situation existing on the ground and the precision imposed by the beneficiary, an aspect that led to obtaining a high execution efficiency of the works, but also to a high economic efficiency, because the time of execution, the volume of works and the number of personnel was greatly reduced
RESEARCH ON THE COMBINED USE OF GPS - TOTAL STATION SURVEYING TECHNOLOGIES IN CADASTRAL AND ENGINEERING WORKS
During the period 2015 – 2023, extensive national works are being carried out within the framework of the National Cadastre and Land Book Plan (PNCCF). In view of this, the research team from the Faculty of Agronomy in Craiova tried to achieve a simple, rapid and accurate procedure for terrain surveying with modern methods, using total station and GPS technology. The use of a total station was necessary since, even if topo-geodetic surveys performed with a GPS are faster and yield greater return, engineering works necessitate a high precision, which can only be fulfilled by combining the two technologies. It also made possible to verify the precision when determining new points in the support network built for this case. In order to achieve the proposed objectives, a complex building with a more complex composition from Craiova was studied, topo-cadastral elevations being accomplished using high-precision equipment, the efficiency of a total station (Trimble S6 servo) and GPS (Trimble R10), which from a technical point of view enabled us to achieve the best results in the most rigorous of cadastral works, carried out at a national or even international level. The results obtained from the methods and technologies, applied both on the ground and in the office work, as well as the calculation of the coordinates and the support network compensation are very relevant, precise and with high efficiency, making the proposed solutions to be of a real interest for terrestrial measurement experts at the local, national or even international level
