The Control of Gold Nanoparticles on Polyester Fibers by Raman Spectrograms in Conditions of Information Uncertainty with Detection Accuracy
Results of modeling of the Raman spectrograms of polyester fibers are presented when drawing nanoparticles of gold on them. As a result of the carried-out modeling were allocated: initial ranges, background components and the Raman ranges without background components. For simplification of procedures of mathematical modeling it was chosen 7 informative resonant peaks of the received spectrograms. Further processing was carried out only on coordinates of resonant peaks. For detection of reliability of control of nanoparticles of gold on making components of the Raman ranges when using conditions of information uncertainty in work the method of an assessment of multidimensional reliability on joint probability of crossing of dispersions of normal distributions of intensivnost of the Raman spectrograms without nanoparticles and with nanoparticles on fibers depending on wave numbers on all range of their changes is offered. Values of reliability of control on making components of the Raman spectrograms were as a result received and the most exact method for monitoring procedure of nanoparticles of gold on a surface of fibers is revealed.

Evaluation of Silver and Gold Nanoparticles on Polyester Fibers by Fluorescent Polarization Raman Spectra
The results of the validation of identification nanoparticle colloidal silver and gold on the polyester
fibers on the background component of the Raman spectra in the control based on the polarization chara c-teristics. The accuracy of identification of nanoparticles was evaluated by the joint probability of crossing
normal scatter intensity distributions Raman spectrograms as silver nanoparticles and gold nanoparticles
on polyester fibers, depending on the longitudinal and transverse polarization of the laser radiation on the
entire range of wave numbers. Defined generalized parameter values common to distributions over the en-tire range for each wave numbers with the polarization of the laser and across the grain, and generalized
reliability of the control and identification of nanoparticles of silver, gold for assessing the likelihood of the

Ефективність застосування внутрішньовенного ізоніазиду та етамбутолу у хворих на туберкульозний менінгоенцефаліт
Objective — study the effectiveness of i/v administration of isoniazid and ethambutol in patients with tuberculosis meningoencephalitis (TM).Materials and methods. We observed 54 patients was located TM aged 20 to 60 years. The patients were divided into the 1st and 2nd groups. 23 patients with TM who received i/v chemotherapy with isoniazid and ethambutol were assigned to the 1st group. Rifampicin and pyrazinamide were used in the 1st group per os. The 2nd group included 31 patients with TM who received chemotherapy with isoniazid, ethambutol, rifampicin, and pyrazinamide per os.Results and discussion. Positive Xray dynamics of the chest was observed in 12 (52.1 %) patients in 1st group and 6 (19.3 %) in 2nd group (p < 0.05). Negative Xray dynamics was observed in 9 (39.1 %) patients in 1st group and 22 (70.9 %) — 2nd group (p < 0.05), no changes in 2 (8.7 %) of patients in 1st group and 3 (9,6 %) — 2nd group (p > 0.05) against the background of the corresponding clinical changes. In 1st group, 7 (30.4 %) patients died within the first two months, and 10 (32.2 %) in 2nd group (p > 0.05). Up to six months of treatment, another 2 (8.7 ± 6.0 %) patients with TM in 1st group and 12 (38.7 %) died in 2nd group (p < 0.05).Conclusions. Due to the i/v use of isoniazid and ethambutol in patients with TM, the main clinical manifestations of the disease were rapidly eliminated on the background of positive changes from the general analysis of blood and Xray dynamics in the lungs compared with the oral administration of antituberculosis drugs. Conducting this chemotherapy reduces mortality of patients compared with the control group. I/v use of isoniazid and ethambutol in patients with TM does not cause additional side effects compared with the control group.Цель работы — изучить эффективность внутривенного применения изониазида и этамбутола у больных туберкулезным менингоэнцефалитом (ТМ).Материалы и методы. Под нашим наблюдением находились 54 (15 женщин и 39 мужчин) больных ТМ в возрасте от 20 до 60 лет (средний возраст — (36,8 ± 1,1) года). Преобладали пациенты в возрасте от 20 до 40 лет. Больных распределили на две группы. Основная группа (n = 23) получала химиотерапию изониазидом и этамбутолом внутривенно, а рифампицином и пиразинамидом — перорально, контрольная (n = 31) — все 4 препарата перорально.Результаты и обсуждение. На фоне улучшения клинической симптоматики наблюдали улучшение рентгенологической картины органов грудной клетки у 12 (52,1 %) больных основной группы и 6 (19,3 %) — контрольной (p < 0,05), ухудшение — у 9 (39,1 %) и 22 (70,9 %) соответственно (p < 0,05), отсутствие изменений — у 2 (8,7 %) и 3 (9,6 %) (p < 0,05). В основной группе умерли в течение первых 2 мес лечения 7 (30,4 %) больных, в контрольной — 10 (32,2 %) (p > 0,05), в течение следующих 4 мес — 2 (8,7 %) и 12 (38,7 %) соответственно (p < 0,05).Выводы. Благодаря внутривенному применению изониазида и этамбутола у больных ТМ быстрее исчезали основные клинические проявления заболевания на фоне позитивных изменений в общем анализе крови и улучшения рентгенологической картины легких по сравнению с пероральным использованием противотуберкулезных препаратов, а также уменьшалась смертность. Внутривенное применение изониазида и этамбутола у больных ТМ не вызывает побочных эффектов по сравнению с пероральным использованием противотуберкулезных препаратов.Мета роботи — вивчити ефективність внутрішньовенного застосування ізоніазиду та етамбутолу у хворих на туберкульозний менінгоенцефаліт (ТМ).Матеріали та методи. Під нашим спостереженням перебували 54 (15 жінок та 39 чоловіків) хворих на ТМ віком від 20 до 60 років (середній вік — (36,8 ± 1,1) року). Переважали пацієнти віком від 20 до 40 років. Хворих розподілили на дві групи. Основна група (n = 23) отримувала хіміотерапію ізоніазидом та етамбутолом внутрішньовенно, а рифампіцином і піразинамідом — перорально, контрольна (n = 31) — усі 4 препарати перорально.Результати та обговорення. На тлі поліпшення клінічної симптоматики спостерігали поліпшення рентгенологічної картини органів грудної клітки у 12 (52,1 %) хворих основної групи та 6 (19,3 %) — контрольної (p < 0,05), погіршення — у 9 (39,1 %) і 22 (70,9 %) відповідно (p < 0,05), відсутність змін — у 2 (8,7 %) та 3 (9,6 %) (p > 0,05). В основній групі померли протягом перших 2 міс лікування 7 (30,4 %) хворих, у контрольній — 10 (32,2 %) (p > 0,05), протягом наступних 4 міс — 2 (8,7 %) та 12 (38,7 %) відповідно (p < 0,05).Висновки. Завдяки внутрішньовенному застосуванню ізоніазиду та етамбутолу у хворих на ТМ швидше зникали основні клінічні вияви захворювання на тлі позитивних змін у загальному аналізі крові та поліпшення рентгенологічної картини у легенях порівняно з пероральним використанням протитуберкульозних препаратів, а також зменшувалася смертність. Внутрішньовенне застосування ізоніазиду та етамбутолу у хворих на ТМ не спричиняє побічних ефектів порівняно з пероральним використанням протитуберкульозних препаратів.
